Lovely spaced out pool area, decent size rooms, good facilities for 4* hotel compared to others in Thailand,

Shower floor was made up of pebbles concreted to create a floor was uneven and the shower wasn’t particularly the best due to low water pressure, In the breakfast area there were several Flies hovering over and landing on the omlette station food, no effort was made to cover them up to prevent this

Beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast. 500m walk to the beach and a little out of the really busy area but close enough to walk

Shuttle was only every 2 hours and driver was sometimes unwilling to stop at designated points if there was lots of traffic

The villa was beautifully spacious, with open, airy rooms that allowed natural light to pour in. The serene atmosphere made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay, and every moment there was a soothing escape from the bustle of everyday life. It was truly a rejuvenating and deeply relaxing experience.

The night shift staff, unfortunately, were unable to communicate in English, which made it challenging for me to arrange my transportation to the airport. What should have been a simple booking turned into a stressful and time-consuming process, leaving me feeling uneasy about my departure plans.

This is overall a very good hotel to stay in Ao Nang! The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. It was also clean and tidy. In our opinion the hotel has great asian breakfast options, including vegetarian, and a great omelette station. The hotel also provides a free back and forth shuttle service to Ao Nang beach and the Landmark night market. The staff is very friendly and there is also a tour operator booth in the hotel reception, which is convenient. The location is a short walk away from Ao Nang beach, but it has the advantage of being in a quiet place away from all the bars.

The Hotel was very nice. Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was shaded and clean, with a nice and safe children's area. The breakfast had a wide and varied choice. You had to be early though, as it wasn't heated / kept warm. The staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful and ready to assist our every need. We couldn't fault them.

The hotel was situated up on the hillside above the town, so you needed transport to get around. The shuttle bus was 2 hourly, so not really that convenient.

The staff was great! In the breakfast where this "omelet-lady" who was like a little sunshine every morning! We booked a pool access room, but unfortunately, it smelled like mold. They try to change it to another, but the same problem there. Luckily, lovely staff arranged room from another building, it hasn't got pool access but it didn't matter much in this case. Lovely cleaner made a sweet towel decorations! I loved them! Ee got even a nice farewell gift from the hotel, that was nice :)

Pool access rooms were smelling moldy, and I got symptoms from the smell. The pool was slippery from slime and needed a little more attention.

Our room was super spacious with a comfy bed, loads of space, and a leather couch that was perfect for relaxing after swimming. The pool was amazing — we swam every day — and there’s even a little bar by the pool. Food and drinks were reasonably priced for the area. Location was excellent too, close to the beach and shops. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. The talking bird at reception was a fun touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided pool towels and there were lots of loungers around the pool. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Only slightly negative thing was that the bathroom did have a strange smell to it.

Nice pool area, room was very spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was decent & good value for price . Nice area, a bit out of the way but close enough to walk to places, shops & restaurants very nearby. Shuttle bus very helpful, although could maybe be more frequent.

The shower knobs were a little confusing, took ages to figure out how to get it warm but once it was on it was very good. The man at reception hassled us a bit for tours/excursions which is fine but also a little repetitive and annoying, asking us where we we’re going all the time etc. nice to have a gym, but AC would have been better, fans didn’t really help.

I thought the location was really, short walk to the front and the bars and restaurants etc tho we liked that and really nice and quiet. Great restaurant over the road which was the Red Chilli. The villa with pool was lovely and the main pool really nice.

I thought our villa just needs a bit of TLC and redecorating. The main pool bar needs better food and bar snack selection. The restaurant attached to the hotel we didn’t use at all as the menu was poor and just didn’t tempt us.
