We travelled as a family of 8 to George and were very pleased with the property. On arrival we had no trouble checking into the property and the welcome gift of wine, bread and jam was a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazing and we had no trouble communicating with them or arranging cleaning of the rooms. Thank you all we had a lovely stay.

Bernard was very friendly and helpful. Situated centrally, spacious suite, clean and quiet environment. I loved having the convenience of gas heating and gas stove in case of loadshedding.

The some towels smelt damp. It was raining, but the towels could be tumble dried. Also for hygienic reasons, it is best to tumble dry towels if you have people sharing towels. Bedding in the room with the bath was dusty. Most probably the blanket. Allergies started. But other than this we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Very nice spacious and neat unit, great location, spend little time at unit over the 5 nights' accommodation, over all good stay.

Cleaning staff needs improvement, no attention to detail. Took towels, never replaced it. Paid for full service, towels were not exchanged with clean ones in 2nd bathroom.

As a single business traveler this place was perfect. Easy, fast and smooth "check-in", parking right by the unit, super spacious. As a business traveler I appreciate the little things like the tea/coffee station being properly stocked and decent soap in the bathroom.

Not much of a view, but a nice balcony anyway.

Beautifully modern, antique-chic furnished unit with a stunning view of the mountains. The unit was clean and the showers in both bathrooms were amazing. (2-bedroom ensuite - 1 with bath and 1 with shower). Fairly equipped kitchen for basics and essentials. Absolutely loved the gas "geyser", gas stove and rechargeable light bulbs during loadshedding - fantastic to be loadshedding-proof!

For longer stays, would be great if housekeeping sevices could be complimentary. Could also do with a few minor added touches to make the stay extra comfortable (e.g. extra toilet paper, dish towel only left after mid-stay housekeeping service, provide dishwashing liquid etc.).

friendly management and wonderful breakfast. Clean and warm rooms. Very good for the business traveller. Awesome facility for self-catering and close to city centre should you feel like eating out.

i liked everything there was nothing i didn't like during my stay

Everything was wonderful and fantastic location. Easy access to all major stores and food outlets. A self sufficient kitchenette and sit out in the balcony was very good. The rooms were clean and neat.

There were only two minor issues - one, a wooden table had one of its bottom bush missing making it to wobble and two, there was a stale old cloth odour from either the sofa or the table cloth or both.

Central location and good value

Kitchen small and water pressure low due to small gas geyser servicing two bathrooms. Property has all amenities but limited if you intend cooking more than eggs on toast.

Everything was excellent. Everything was good. We loved the we could braai the evening.

Nothing was wrong for us. They helped us. It was really nice for us to stay there.

Great accomodation (got upgraded to Acorn guest house free of charge), super friendly staff helping us out with taxi service and other practical stuff. House was very clean and above our expectations. Very good breakfast too.

No complaints what so ever, everything was great.
