The room was clean and everything was in good condition. The hotel reception staff were very attentive and quickly responded to all requests we had and also helped answer any questions we had about the local area. They kept our luggage safe after we checked out while we went to grab a bite to eat before moving on to our next location. This was a fantastic budget hotel. There was absolutely no issues at all - not a single cockroach or mold or anything that I have seen written in other reviews. Very clean hotel and the room was in great condition, comfortable soft bed. Water pressure was good in the shower and had hot water, no problems at all. Also, plenty of outlets near the bed and the desk area so you can easily plug in your devices. The room also had a large safe that can store laptops, etc. Additionally, the room was well designed with a large surface area where the TV is and also ample room to store your clothes or other items in the large cabinets under this large surface area.

Great value for money. Friendly staff, offered early checkin when I arrived (2hours early), safely stored my bag on checkout day. Breakfast was included. Good wifi. Room had a view of city, nice shower with amenities, small fridge, kettle, coffee, cups and bottled water. Slept well, seemed pretty quiet.

Only small things: reception area doesn't have much of a space where you can rest (ie lounge chairs, and restroom). Deposit amount 200rm is required in cash - didn't take Visa debit (ATM was nearby, but I didn't have time to spend all of the leftover cash before leaving Malaysia).

Maria was really friendly and helpful. He offered me an upgrade to bigger rooms and showed me the different rooms so that I could make a decision. When he saw me, he would check on my status of my outing to Kuala Selangor and how I would be getting there and back. Such personal touches are what matters.

1.The location of the hotel was very good. Its walking distance to everything and very convenient. 2. The staff were very nice and accomodating. From reception staff who gives good directions, to kitchen staff who are very attentive in their guest needs. We especially like the transport service that they recommended for us. They went out of their way to assist us in resolving the mishap that we had in the airport. They give exceptional guest service, highly recommended! 3. The room and facilities are all good!

- Nice and clean room. - I could check in earlier than expected. - Good location. - Good wifi.

- The shower was clogged so everytime I wanted to shower the water rose so high it would get in the bathroom area. - The walls are very thin. I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear the family next to me screaming and the baby crying all night. - The airconditioning is very loud which is rather annoying since it’s very warm in Kuala Lumpur right now but sleeping with the airconditioning on isn’t possible because of the noise.

We really liked the location. Within walking distance to public transport, shopping plaza’s, night markets and multiple eateries. Accomodation is basic i.e no swimming pool, we didn’t need any of that though as we were out and about KL during the day. Best aspect were the staff. Every interaction we had with the staff was excellent. Processes were effortless and seamless. Every request we had was met or answered with ease. Reception staff were particularly pleasant and accomodating with out being overly nice. Thank you InnB we will not only stay with you whenever we come to KL but also recommend you to any friends and family looking for comfortable, clean accomodation in a great location with awesome staff

Location versus value was great - other properties in the area were much higher priced. And being only a few minutes walk from Bukit Bintang and Time Square was very convenient. Rooms were simple but comfortable. While we had a room with a window, there are more budget rooms available without windows. Property does not have breakfast option. There is a 24hr laundry on the same block which was helpful.

The rooms are a bit worn, and could use some refreshing - but for the relative price, it was within expectations. The only downside in our room was that it took a few minutes to re-seat the shutter blind in its track.

Location superb.

Wish housekeeping would 1. Change bedsheets once every 3days. Out were NOT changed for the entire 16days! 2. Vacuum the room floor.

The staff was very welcoming, courteous & caring. Forgotten to get the name of the staff who checked us in... he was sincerely observant and caring towards customer's needs. Location was good and price was very affordable.. we got a free upgrade to superior room. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

The blanket had a lil smell of perspiration. Toilet flush was not strong enough.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent shower and clean and modern bathroom. Short 5 minute walk to Pavilion shopping centre and then about 20 minutes through the shopping centre to the twin towers. Two 7 Elevens on your door step.

Not much, only issue we had was the fridge was abit naff and didn't really work. You can only pay deposit on credit card or cash and it's 200ringit which is very steep and a little annoying, however we can understand why hotels do this.
