We arrived in the evening, and hotel does not operate 24 h reception,but staff waited for our arrival and checked us quickly in. They gave us good recommendations for getting around, things to do and nice places to eat. We were upgraded to a deluxe room, which we were grateful for and thoroughly enjoyed. We thought our Aircon didn't work properly and we informed staff, who quickly dealt with it and fixed it, turned out I pressed the wrong buttons and messed it up. Hotel is located centrally and close to shops, restaurants bus and ferry terminal for trips to the Egadi islands. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet so we could rest after busy days. Public beaches with clear blue waters are 5 minutes walk and we got treated to amazing sunsets every night. My only regret is that it was a short visit and we did not get to see everything we wanted, so this calls for a trip back. We would definitely choose this hotel when we visit again.

The location is perfect, dead in the centre of the old town of Trapani but just round the corner from the hustle and bustle of restaurants and shops. Very quiet. Cleanliness was tops and beds and pillows very comfortable. Rooms with ensuite bathrooms very spacious. Hotel is a restored 17th century palace with quaint interesting nooks and crannies. It does not offer breakfast but Filippo at a salumeria across the road offers a decent choice of freshly baked pannini with filling of your choice that can eaten in the pleasant cool large courtyard of the hotel. A pleasant calm Massimo greeted us with a smile and answered to all our needs and quieres during our stay. We were a group of two couples and had adjacent rooms.

Although there is an elevator to the rooms we still had to go up and down a few step towards the rooms but if you want to avoid them ask for a ground floor room when booking.

I got very pleasantly surprised here. I expect check out to be at 17 as that's what it said on their page however they got my room ready by 12:30 which helped me a lot. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is perfect - minutes by foot away from everything including a beach with crystal clear water. They clean the rooms every morning so it's kept pristine, everything works perfectly and there is a mini fridge to store food/drinks.

Not much to say in this section, the only reason why it's missing the 10/10 is due to the fact that it doesn't offer breakfast but I'm sure they will eventually put that on offer!

The location was pretty much dead center of Trapani, so getting to and from locations is not a problem youre within 5-10 mins walking distance of everything, We had the deluxe room which was very spacious and had a very nice motif to it. The room was clean and the staff had left toiletries as standard however a kettle was left with mugs for drinks but no tea and coffee was present in the room, would have been nice to be greeted with that for a morning beverage, the room also needed to be slightly touched up as there were some cracks in the wall plaster and a light bulb which wasnt working. On the whole though the room was very nice and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying here for visitors to Trapani.

Just some small things as my previous mention like having a kettle and not having tea or coffee present. small finishings to the room wouldn't go amiss either

Massimo, at the front desk was wonderful. He is really a consierge. The property is beautiful. The building is historic, the renovations are excellently done, leaving areas exposed of the original stone in the structure. It is in a perfect location. Quiet, off the main street. A one minute walk to the center of everything. Around the other corner, very close to Moderno, is the beautiful sea and a fabulous promenade to walk.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Less than 10 minutes walk away from the travel office & bus stop offering a direct route to Trapani airport and other destinations such as San Vito Lo Capo, with a clean room, comfy & firm bed and the mini balcony looking out to the quiet street the hotel is situated on allows for a nice breath of fresh air

The provided hairdryer didn't appear to fit into the socket, but it was my last night that I attempted to use it & was only doing so as it was there so it wasn't of importance to me and while the daily housekeeping was excellent, I personally would have preferred an opt-out or Do Not Disturb sign for the door purely so I didn't have to repeat untucking the covers at the end of a long day

Centrally located, large rooms, powerful AC. The styling is minimal, but functional. The fridge is a good touch to keep water cold. The building also has a nice courtyard that is great for bringing pastries or take-away food and having a quiet meal.

Needs a bit more hanging space for wet swimming suits :) Parking is a problem in the old town, so look for spots closer to the newer streets.

Location of hotel is within the old town, excellent choice of restaurants and bars within 2/3 minute walk and many old buildings/churches. Large rooms in old building, cleaned daily with new towels supplied daily and bedding changed once during the week. Small clean beach less than 5 minutes away. Hotel has a lift.

No safe deposit facilities and fridge wasn't working. The hotel has not parking facilities [not an issue as known before] but parking in Trapani itself can be a lottery, free parking is around a 10 minute walk away, pay parking around 4/5 mins walk away but both require a degree of luck in places being available.

A lovely location, the main street is one street over. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The staff were all really lovely and friendly.

The wifi wasn't great, very patchy. My room was also next to a noisy alleyway but not the biggest upset. The drains in the bathroom also had a funny smell to them sometimes after you flushed the toilet or was in the shower.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located, close to the parking spot, with super-friendly host, who provided us with a kettle when it was very needed. Everything that was necessary was in the place or just around a corner, nothing to complain about. I definitively recommend.
