This is a budget hotel in a semi urban area. The rooms were just right size not too big or not too small. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Have a lift, this was unexpected for such a small hotel. The front staff was very helpfull.

There is mall nearby but not accessible by foot need to drive even though its just opposite the road. Not 24 hour shops nearby, one mamak shop only open nearby, no chinese food or indian food shops and also its a kind of dead area at night.

Location, nearby to many food joints and also a mall. Facilities are mostly good - cold and hot water dispensers, cloth iron available on the doorway.

Parking is sketchy. Soap (or shampoo) provided is of poor quality or maybe not as fresh/replenished frequently as it seemed to be.

Don't have electric kettle. It's a must in every room instead of need to go out of the room every time wants to make drinks especially on midnight.

My room is super clean, and the cleaning staff is always around. They are really good mannered and they provide us the help we needed. I booked the Deluxe Triple Room and the size was nice, i guess compared to other rooms

Good location for guest with own transport. Everywhere is managed by a short drive, malls and cafe's and restaurants

Not enough power sockets in the room. The triple bedroom has only 2 power sockets.

Good and nice place to stay. Good hospitality, clean room except the sound from outside a bit noisy.

The room for non smoker but when i check in smell bad smoke. Really annoying. Book for view but check in non view room.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel quite clean and had most of the things that we needed, especially the water dispenser which surprised us. Just one thing, it would be greatly appreciated if a proper set of toiletries could be provided. Thank you.

Abit noisy especially in the morning

Location is good as IOI mall is diagonally across the hotel. Aeon is also a short drive away. Room is clean; generally the hotel feels clean. Parking is free just outside the hotel.

near my house .. location so okey .. if my family want to come or i have urgent case .. easy to booking for them ..

i don’t like went staff say at me .. only 2 people can stay .. I already now lah .. u can see me come with my younger sister .. and u say like that .. i travel so many hotel .. never say like that to me .. make me disappointed. ..
