I was not informed there was any breakfast. The clerks were available, and provided immediate attention. I asked to see the room before finalizing the reservation. Room was clean, and kept clean. Housekeeping does a great, great job!!! Security cameras throughout. Observed staff walking around picking up trash, papers... Very few homeless or drug addicts... almost none. Very quiet. No disturbances. No need for police presence. I asked the clerk to have someone fix the door hinges which were loose, it was taken care of the next day. No bugs. Very good A/C. Very good lighting. Clean bathroom!!! Housekeeping is really, really on top of things!!!

Some deterioration; some areas of the room need painting, the door. But no mold or dirt, just wear and tear. Need more pillows!!! I would like to have a few more pillows. Housekeeping told me I had to ask the clerk. It's ok. Would have like a discount for a 30-day stay, or senior discount, or AARP discount. Receipt is kind-of confusing. It is not clear about the cost paid... there are too many entries.... additions and deletions.... It should be kept simple. Number of days, cost per day, taxes, fees, total. Total charge. Done.

The staff is nice, the place is great.

They play games with money. If I pay a $50 security deposit, I should get $50 back. Not $36 because they claim they made a mistake by under charging me? I did it through booking, I don’t control the rate they charge, if they make as mistake they should own it. Places that do tactics like this usually are committing tax fraud. Didn’t even give a courtesy call to try to explain. Events like this are why people hesitate to pay a security deposit, total scam, will never return here as a long time customer.

Overall the hospitality and the willing to try to accommodate you and they changed the whole hotel has changed since it's new ownership and management from the last time I knew from years ago it's very quiet

Easy access to convenient store, few fast foods to choose from. Clean rooms

People hanging around outside all hours. Few minding their business, or may ask for money. That happened to me. Overall. It's not a bad place when on a budget. T.v. didn't work well. But hey, I wasn't gonna watch it anyway..

Reading all these reviews made me sort of…. worried about this place but honestly we didn’t experience any of them! Our stay was very pleasent, it was quite, we could take a good rest. The room was clean, wouldn’t say spotless but was perfect for 2 nights. Neighbours were respectful, we haven’t seen any “sketchy” people either. I personally recommend this place! :-)

Iron and ironing board+fridge would be handy (room is small though)

Everyone was awesome that works for Red Roof. I was able to get clean towels without a fuss. They don't forget if you need extra linens. This place has been the best to stay at since I haven't stayed at a motel in 13 years.

There's nothing that I didn't like,

I had an extremely poor first event last year when I stayed here, but the lady at the front desk handled it in an apologetic manner that really valued my business. I would normally write off a business with such a poor first encounter, but they have been so welcoming and accommodating since, that I’m happy I forgave the human error, and continued coming to the location. I do have constructive criticism, but most of it isn’t fair to place on the business and is more attributable to the location, and thus isn’t fair to place on this facility. Example would be loud music, or people that intercept me on the way to the gas station that appear and behave to be under illicit substances or trying to figure out if their soliciting of illegal activity is meant for the proper customer. I will continue staying here, but am afraid the location will dissuade rural or tourist costumers. I’m experienced in a larger metropolitan area and am more familiar at pushing back against peddlers or solicitors than the average subterranean. I didn’t like being on the second floor because of a knee injury and I didn’t like that house keeping only comes by once a week for people staying long
