Loved this place and ran by exceptionally lovely, professional people. Very comfortable, very quiet, I had decent sleep every night and didnt hear any noise from outside or neighbouring residents. Benedetta and Riccardo were available on WhatsApp any time of the day if I needed them, very helpful when I struggled to get a taxi on our last day, they dont just leave you to struggle even once checked out. Cleaner was lovely & kept rooms in top condition. Close to the Arena, we did most of our commutes on foot or hopped on an eScooter. Perfect location. There are some local cafes and restaurant which are much cheaper than the touristy piazza area by the way.

We checked in by ourselves without any issues. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, they made sure everything went smoothly and even sent us recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast was available from a nearby bakery, which was a nice touch. The location is great – close to a small square with restaurants, not too touristy, and within walking distance of the city center and the river.

However, one big downside was the blanket. It was not covered with a sheet—just placed on top—which likely means it isn’t washed after every guest. I found this very unhygienic and uncomfortable. If this were improved, the stay would have been much better.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The room might get noisy if you have noisy neighbours, but that did not happen to us. We had a very peaceful stay. The coffee machine made a huge difference, too. There is also a kettle to boil water, different types of teas, a mini fridge, cups and mugs... The AC is a huge plus during the scorching hot days of Verona. Overall, we had a great stay.

Everything in terms of the room, design comfort was good. Communication was outstanding and everything we needed was shared ahead of time. Toilet was huge, room was really big and comfortable.

Car parking I had to walk for 10 min from the nearest available parking spot at that time. 7am outside of our window there was a bunch of kids shouting non stop as if they were in my bed. It appeared that it was a bus stop just at the window side. It was so loud, annoying, and frustrating.

We had an amazing few days staying at this property. It was clean, excellent air con, beautifully decorated, lovely big bathroom and comfortable bed. Snacks in room were great and breakfast at a local cafe was very good. The hosts were first class, always responded quickly to any messages/requests and were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back when next in Verona.

A great place to stay in Verona. Located on a quiet corner near the river, very close to the centre, easy to walk around and explore the city. The room was very big, uniquely decorated, a lot of lighting options and a cozy atmosphere. Huge bathroom, everything was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the staff via WhatsApp, even got recommendations about events, restaurants etc. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Everything! The room is lovely, huge bathroom with excellent shower, fantastic location, helpful and very polite staff. I was travelling with my mom, she is ild, they kindly had the room ready earlier than the normal check in time. I had difficulties to book a taxi and Ricardo booked it for us. They were also amazing in sending all instructions clearly on WhatsApp to reach/open the place. The cafe you go for breakfast had one of the best cappuccinos I ever tried. Definitely staying there again when I go back to Verona.

All was perfect!

Combination of everything, nice rate, modern facilities, location near the center (15min walking) and almost instant host support on WhatsApp with all kind of valuable information. Breakfast was a set of sweet snacks, one yogurt, one apple, toasts with marmalade, 1 or 1.5l bottle of water, few Nespresso capsules and tea bags. We were also given a voucher for a coffee with brioche at the neighbour coffee bar. Host is really a great person!

We loved everything about this property! we had 'Mr White' which had a sofa therefore more space. Quiet and clean with kettle for hot drinks which was a first on our trip in Italy. The communication from the hosts was excellent and they provided lots of useful infomation about Verona. They also dropped off fresh croissants for breakfast which was really great. We would definitely stay here again. There is a bus stop directly outside the room which takes you to Purto Nuova train station and it is about a 20 minute stroll to the historic centre of Verona. We also left our suitcases in the corridoor as we were not leaving until late.

We were sad to leave!

Room was very well styled and good sized. Bathroom was spacious and verything was great. Coffer in the morning from the machine was a nice touch and a couple of snacks for breaky was really appreciated.

The distance from the train station was a but longer than expected but the location to the old town was perfect.
