The breakfast was very good. We loved the variety, and time it was available. The hostess was very nice and pleasant. there was plenty of seating. We loved the pool, hot tub, and outside sitting area. The full size fridge/freezer and kitchen were amazing!

The elevators made weird noises when you rode them. The room was dirty- Hairs on the couch and couch pillows. Boogers dried on the headboard of the bed.

Location was good for us only because it was close to family we were visiting. If you want shops and restaurants you will have to drive. Breakfast was good and a different variety each day. Staff was excellent.

We have stayed here about 3 years ago and the room was in excellent condition. Now the carpet needs cleaning. The bed and linens looked unprofessionally made. Rust in shower. It has modern nice decor but it needs a refresh on these details.

The woman at the front desk was amazing! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were attending a concert and when we got back she remembered and asked how it was! She deserves a raise. She was the best thing about our stay.

Our TV remote didn’t work for anything except to turn the tv on or off. It wasn’t a huge deal, but a little annoying.

The room was quiet and clean and much larger than anticipated. I really appreciated the kitchen area with a table to eat comfortably in the room and a full size refrigerator.

There was really nothing I DIDN'T LIKE. I wish the breakfast had a few more options and possibly a little more space in the drawers for clothing but honestly, for the price I paid, I was quite happy.

The hot tub was fabulous to relax in ! Great temperature for us and the staff especially were so friendly they treated us like family. It was clean smelled so fresh and everyone went the extra mile to help if we needed anything. I loved the sweet lady that did breakfast she really loved cooking and making such good variety of breakfast.

Nothing it felt like home away from home

The attendant was courteous and quick to keep everything filled. He had a very friendly way that made breakfast grand.

There was a cigarette smell in so part that we didn’t expect. The smell bugged our grand kids.

I liked the proximity to the freeway. The staff was polite and friendly . The property was very clean. I loved the kitchen area with stove, full size refrigerator and kitchen ware.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The thermostat wasn't working so when we checked in the room was 84*. Called the front desk and they sent the maintaince men to come and fix it immediately.

I attempted to connect my chrome cast to the TV and was unable to connect it to their wifi. When I called the front desk to inquire they informed me that this was not allowed. Small inconvenience but nothing major.

Location

The open bathroom right next to the bed. Very poor room design. The bed is in the direct light of the bathroom so it’s awful when someone gets up at night. Light in your face.

We had a great stay.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the wear on the room (101) since we stayed there in September. Also, the disposal wasn't working and I forgot to report that!
