everything was superb only the geyser and aircon needed to be worked on, Otherwise staff were efficient, and we enjoyed our stay in a beautiful place with an excellent location and many amenities.

warm water was not readily available and the aircon was not working.

For long staying customers , it would have been helpful to know what varieties the Cafeteria had to offer. Only got informed about this at the end of the 12 day stay. Had to drive into town to search for cheaper meals when the Lodge had flexible menus we were not aware of.

The staff were exceptionally accomodating and pleasant. The rooms and surroundings were very neat and clean.

The pool needs to be treated often. I picked golden days because of the pool amoung other things but my kids couldn't use it coz the water was foggy.

Very slow service at restaurant and food mediocre, over cooking meat and often running out of very basic items such as milk and ice cubes. Frequent power cuts meant water supply and WiFi disrupted.

It said breakfast included but the morning kitchen staff said only 2 breakfasts were included. We had to explain that we had two rooms, of which onecwas a family room. No glases for juice, waited very long for milk. Otherwise every thing was nice.
