It was my wife's 50th birthday and staff went out of their way to make her feel special. Staff greeted so well and always made an effort to walk with us to a place if we were looking to us, very well trained. We would love to visit again, but teh rate may be too high for us... This was a special occassion.

There was a coackroach on the breakfast buffet the one day, I took it off personally onto the floor, killed the cockroach and discretely showed a staff member to remove it. But not surprising, we staying in a nature park and these are natures creatures expected from time to time, so no indication of a lack of cleanlines at all. I would have prefered using taxis from hotel, than outsourced taxis all the time.

This place is beautiful. Staff very respectful. Property very well managed and maintained. Service can be a little bit slow. The whole place is elegantly decorated with stunning modern finishes.

It can get a little crowded. Restaurant food need a bit variety. The plastic glasses are a No No in such an establishment.

Food service quite slow. Tipping on the food bills does not go to all the staff. Temporary staff excluded. Had to pay them cash.

The property was gorgeous with an amazing view of the Zambezi river. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed when staff set up our bed every night with slippers, bottled water and chocolate next to the bed. Everyone was friendly and was happy to assist.

The menus were a little bit confusing at times. They had different food items on the room service, pool bar and restaurant menu but you could ask for any of those items at any venue. It would be good to have one big menu with every food option available. They also had an all you can eat pizza night listed on the menu for Wednesday night but there was no pizza. All it meant was you could order a kids pizza as part of the buffet.

Fairly good breakfast. Nothing exceptional to write home about. Staff is friendly and helpful. Trevor, Levy are some of the standouts.

Selling bottle of water for K40 while the same bottle is K2.99 at Shoprite down the road seemed like a strip search though. For dinner, not even having juices for the buffet and you pay for all the drinks was not appetizing.

Great location with an excellent activities desk making it easy to sign up for activities. Good location to explore the area. Very beautiful decor and well thought out layout.

Mosquitoes. It’s hard to avoid due to proximity to the river but areas such as the escalator should be sprayed a little more frequently.

Beautiful location by the river. The pool bar area was very inviting and especially good during sunset. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent wi-fi and very well equipped gym. Very good breakfast buffet. A la carte food quality good. The check-in staff and management were very helpful, friendly and professional. Top quality river cruise on the hotel's boat.

The dinner buffet choice was unusual: plenty of choice but reminiscent of school dinners. Restaurant service was sometimes very slow and the a la carte menus occasionally differed between 2 people at the same table. 50% higher price for taxis than nearby resorts.

It’s a beautiful modern hotel in Livingstone with amazing views of the Zambezi river. The breakfast options great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay even more comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

The activities booked at the gift shop are largely done by a single supplier. This tended to make them more pricey, compared to other local companies. It would be a great opportunity to include another competitor at the travel desk to give clients more options and competitive pricing.

Staff were the highlight of the hotel, they’re all so friendly and helpful! I organised a surprise in the room for my friend to celebrate her and they executed it well. The pool is the main attraction, it’s truly stunning and a lovely well kept area. The breakfast buffet included was tasty, the lunch and dinner buffets were also nice and you could do a la carte if you wanted. The river cruise was so fun and the spa pool is so warm and relaxing! Had a lovely pedicure and massage. The room was somewhat small for 2 people with luggage but I know the price is because of the amenities and services. I’d stay again and just pay more for a larger room.

Less a thing I didn’t like and more a recommendation. Guest services should let you know in advance when you reach out that room decorations need to be paid in cash, I didn’t have any so it became a 2 day thing of trying to get it sorted. Otherwise nothing else wrong!
