The facilities are nice, located in nature with animals roaming around. No need to go on a game drive. The animals come to you.

The rooms are nice but do not with the price. If you stay at the club, I recommend you ask for a room on the right side of reception to have a view. The rooms on the left side don’t. Note that in the photos it looks like the Club is right next to they water pond where animals come. It is not the case. The main hotel is. You have to walk there to be close to the animals. The menu offers a small selection of dishes that are same everyday. A many change or wider selection would be great. Some staff and concierge are very great and go out of their way but others don’t really have the skillset.

The grounds of the Safari Lodge and Club were breathtaking, nestled at the edge of Zambezi National Park. The Club had a beautiful pool which felt very private. The breakfast, tea time, canapés and dinners were all excellent. The rooms were spacious with a complimentary minibar and laundry included.

The only negative was spotty WiFi service in the room, yet this did not detract from the overall experience.

Very nice and big rooms with everything you would expect and more. I particularly liked the Nespresso machine and the free minibar. Spectacular views from the restaurant's / lodges deck, also the complimentary sundowner is a plus and so is the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This place exceeded my expectations, would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really, you just need to be mindful of the fact that it is a bit away from the city centre (but just a short taxi ride away).

It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms all back onto the land where there are waterholes for elephants, warthogs, bush bucks, and plentiful birdlife to congregate. The vulture feeding was a highlight with Moses explaining how important they are in the ecosystem.

I would have liked to see typical Afican food on the menu.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Falls Safari Club. Very relaxing location, with wonderful staff to make your stay comfortable. The high tea and sundowner hour were relaxing highlights for us that we loved. A beautiful sunset view and a free shuttle into town to see the falls. We will be coming back and staying here again.

Being one with nature during breakfast was one of the nicest experiences. No walls blocking your view, overlooking a waterhole and the bush while having breakfast was so special.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything was just perfect.

Excellent experience. Excellent food from all restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and try their best to make sure you have a great time. Watching elephants and giraffes around the watering hole, while eating was a unique experience.

Beautiful room, large comfortable bed, beautiful location, attentive and friendly staff.

The Club part of the resort was very empty, we barely saw another guest so this meant the restaurant, bar lacked some atmosphere at times.

Amazing views, perfect place to be on the edge of national park close to nature and the wildlife. Huge bed, beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and good food.

Sound proofing isn’t the best. I could hear the guest and loud running water above me very clearly when they decided to run a bath at 11:30pm.
