The breakfast was delicious but was never on time. We were asked to preorder the evening before and to state what time we would want breakfast served. Every morning it became a joke that we would show up at the reserved time and nothing was laid out. We then waited about 45 minutes every morning for breakfast. On our last day the server continued to ask us for a review as we were clearly waiting for even hot water for tea.

The delay in breakfast. We also had a complication with our key getting stuck in the door and had to wait for a locksmith before we could enter again. This was not the property's fault just something that happened, but I was surprised they did not offer a water or anything while we were clearly homeless and inconvenienced. The pool needs to be repainted and there are some missing tiles along the pool area.

The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. We had to leave very early and they served us a delicious breakfast at 6:30.. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We liked the personal attention and the fact that there were no large groups.

The walk to the falls is about 3km. This is not a problem but means that you have to find a taxi at night when you come back from a restaurant, because you are discouraged from walking at night ( due to wild animals roaming)

The Little Outlook is a great place to stay. The people there especially Stacey, Byron and Freedom are all excellent people who are professional, friendly and such a credit to the business and Zimbabwean. The breakfast omelettes were the best we’ve eaten in Africa so far and Zim is our 7th African country. Nice little pool as well.

Nothing not to like apart from there was no dinner in house as the chef was in holiday. Plenty of outside choices near by.

Staff were friendly and helped us call taxis and plan activities! The rooms were clean and there were a few options for breakfast which was served hot with an addition of cereal or fruits. The pool was also pretty at night. Location is good, the hotel is just a couple minutes drive from the falls and shopping areas.

There were some large cobwebs on the ceiling of our room

This property has a delightful garden where we were able to eat our breakfast. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the staff were very kind and friendly. It does feel like a little oasis after exploring the streets of Victoria Falls.

It is a bit of a walk to the falls and town centre. The rooms are comfortable but would benefit from a refresh.

Quite a small hotel .The rooms are like little cottages in an attractive garden.The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The staff are very nice people they're helpful and speak good English.

Victoria Falls is probably only worth a three or four night stay. Most activities and attractions are quite expensive.

I m so grateful that I picked this hotel for my trip to Zimbabwe, the staffs are very helpful and friendly!!! I enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool, the room is clean and cozy.

location is a bit far from the town center by foot, but you can easily call a cab USD5 to get there.

Amazing little gem of an hotel! Quiet, spacious rooms with attention to detail, beautiful property, super attentive and nice staff and delicious breakfast! Total relax. 3min taxi to town centre but also walkable in 10-15min.

Hairdryer would have been a nice to have

The friendly and helpful staff, the chef, presentation of meals. Stacey, Pie'oh, Byron, thank you for a wonderful stay. You are indeed great ambassadors for this fine gem. We stayed for 4 nights and will be back with our family.

Nothing to dislike, a perfect stay.

Far enough from town to be quiet but not too far from everything. Staff good, clean and comfortable. Great shower.

Would have been good to have a seat or lounge as we had only bed to sit on.
