Great location, easy walk to the falls, border, tons of restaurants, and the Lookout Cafe(make a reservation if you can, but go anyway, it’s a great view!), helpful staff, clean and comfy

Ask to stay upstairs, our basement room partially flooded when we took showers, but it wasn’t too bad and still totally worth given all the other positives

Our accomadation was clean and very comfortable .We did however experience loud music from the room next door , but the staff assisted and all was good

The food however was very disappointing. Breakfast was sparce but okay Supper was awful ,many items not available on the menu . I ordered a Rump steak medium rare , and was served a butterflied piece of steak cooked well done . I returned it, asking again for medium rare , the steak was then grey on the outside , stove was probably not hot enough ...not pleasant I asked for a Pepper sauce which was on the menu , only to be given some sort of Achtar

I had a really great time staying at this hotel. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. The staff helped me plan and arrange all my activities, which made things super easy and stress-free. Big shoutout to Zulu, the tour guide! He was amazing – always around with helpful tips, great suggestions, and local recommendations that made my trip truly unforgettable. Thank you Zulu for making everything so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, large rooms with mosquito nets, large bathrooms, pretty garden and bar area, well kept grounds. Handy for centre of town - useful shuttle to and from Victoria Falls site. Good breakfast buffet and evening meal and a nice international clientele.

Windows onto balcony a bit stiff to open and lock seemed a bit rusty.

No towels when I arrived at room. It took 4 phone calls and a total wait of 3.5 hours to have towels delivered — apparently from an off-site laundry service.

Everything from check in till check out was amazing. The Welcome drink from Nethias, the counter personel, the cleaners, the room attendants, the spacious rooms, the excellent scrumptious breakfast, lunch and dinner, the personel at the swim up bar! Everyone and thing was just awesome. We will definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to all our friends.

Only one suggestion. In the summer months from Sep till March, The pool must stay open till at least 20h00. When you come back from tours you really want to cool down.

Location was good for access to town (we walked in and out most days). The room was lovely - spacious and cool. Pool was fantastic - clean with deck chairs to relax in after a full day. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful. They stored our luggage on the day we left so we could have one last wander through town.

Quick, efficient check in, only documentation needed was my passport. Prompt attention when I reported the room safe locked shut. Very good breakfast, good, wide choice to suit probably everyone.

Not much. Although it did not apply to me, at my age I would not have been happy staying in one of the top floor rooms due to all of the stairs.

Good value for money. It’s an older property but spacious and clean. There is a good sized pool and large grounds. Our room had a good outlook toward the falls. The staff were helpful and a good breakfast was on offer. It’s quite an easy walk to town.

Beautiful architecture, rooms were nice with bed nets and decently large. It was simple to arrange airport transfers with them. It is about 20 minutes walking distance from the Victoria Falls entrance on the Zimbabwe side.

There is no way to refill a water bottle on site, so you are forced to buy small single use plastic bottles that are expensive.
