This place is truly exceptional. It’s not just about the accommodation, which is indeed excellent, it about the hospitality and the attention to detail. Phil, his family and team treat all the guests personally as if they were family. This ethos permeates through to all the staff, whether at reception, in the restaurant or the staff keeping your room looking like you’ve just arrived. There are lots of lovely little touches like the ground coffee and homemade biscuits in your room. Phil organised all our excursions in advance, sent us a personalised timetable and checked every day to make sure that everything went to plan. It did. We had a great trip. Thank you, Phil, family and all your staff.

Our stay at Pamarah Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. This charming little gem in Victoria Falls exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was outstanding in every aspect – thoughtful, professional, and personal. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The lodge itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to relax completely after busy days exploring the area. The location is quiet and serene, yet conveniently close to the main attractions of Victoria Falls. We highly recommend Pamarah Lodge to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Victoria Falls.

It’s a small lodge, beautifully kept with friendly diligent staff. There is a tranquility about the lodge and the decor is lovely. The restaurant area is undercover outdoors and all our meals were excellent. I really loved the variety of fresh fruit each morning. The lodge is also very secure and not far from Victoria Falls. It’s not a grand luxurious lodge if that’s what you want but I found it very relaxing and comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again.

My daughter’s room near the kitchen was a little noisy in the morning but it really didn’t disturb her too much. The rooms are a little dark but that’s probably a good thing in winter. These things are barely worth mentioning

The lodge was beautiful, cosy room with our own little outside space and beautifully equipped. I loved the thatched roofs. The dining and pool spaces were also lovely and a great place to relax. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for us, especially the chef who catered for my gluten and dairy free diet at short notice making me my own bread and pudding which was more than just a bowl of fruit as you so often get when your diet is restricted! It made such a difference to our stay. The owners were very welcoming and present as well which was lovely. If we come back to Vic Falls we will definitely stay again, it was such a treat for us and we loved it.

We loved everything. Pamarah Lodge is a beautiful and peaceful place, located in a very pleasant part of the town. The rooms are gorgeous, set in lush gardens. The beds were very comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise at night. The bathroom was a good size with good lighting and a fantastic walk-in shower. The WiFi was excellent. Every member of staff seemed focused on ensuring that we were happy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight, with hot dishes cooked to order in addition to cereals, fruit, yogurts and croissants. We truly wished we could have stayed longer.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

This small boutique hotel offers fantastic personal service in the most beautiful setting. Owners Phil, Mornette, Ross & Holly and their fantastic team go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy. The rooms are fabulous with the most comfortable beds made up with pristine linen and the shower provides never ending hot water with fantastic pressure. Chef Ross and his staff provide excellent food not only at breakfast but throughout the day and Holly’s beautiful soft furnishings bring a perfect finish to the property. Their recommendations for excursions, experiences and dinning out were spot on. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay in Victoria Falls so incredibly special. We have made so many wonderful memories here.

Lovely family run small hotel. The rooms are not large but modern, well designed and functional. I loved the design of this 3-year new hotel with little pods of rooms surrounding the main facilities of restaurant, lounge and pool. Extremely comfortable beds and the rooms have a bit of modern oriental flair. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of hot a la carte options. Dinner must be pre-booked and its a set daily menu. Both delicious. The staff are amazing and very helpful organizing everything. We squeezed in a lot with just a one night stay. I had the helicopter ride, sunset cruise and especially enjoyed the visit to the falls for sunrise.

Wish I could have enjoyed a dip in the small pool, but it was winter weather.

This is effortlessly the best lodge in Vic Falls! I have never stayed in an accommodation where not only the staff, but also the owners looked so well after us that I left with a feeling of leaving behind new friends when we went back home. My partner and I arrived for my secret engagement surprise and the lodge supported me in every aspect of planning the best day / vacation ever. I had many questions which they answered patiently, also they surprised us with a really special brekkie after engagement which was probably not easy to shop for taking the situation in Zim into consideration. Generally speaking, the food was outstanding, facilities were spotless squeaky clean and modern and the staff was super engaged and made us feel loved. A big thank you to Phil, Mornette, Ross and Holly - you did an amazing job opening and running the lodge and we miss you a lot!

Everything. Interesting architecture, beautifully decorated and maintained complex and room, calm and peaceful, a comfortable room with absolutely everything included in it, good meal options for any time of day, wonderful staff - cheerful, efficient, professional and helpful. Adam in the reception area organises everything you might want to do - bookings for restaurants, taxis, experiences around Vic Falls. Phil, the owner, is so friendly and personable. He interacts with every guest, finds out your interests, makes suggestions about what to see and do, and makes you feel so welcome. We felt rather sad to leave after 5 relaxing days.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

So much we liked about this property. We prefer the smaller accommodation where staff address you by name and the staff were particularly outstanding at this lodge in their care of guests. The rooms were modern, very well appointed with comfortable beds, powerful showers, good internet and A/C. Toiletries provided, pool towels, kettle, French press, tea, coffee, biscuits. One appreciated touch was the chilled drinking water machine in the main area to fill your personal water bottles. Housekeeping staff also filled both the kettle and flask in the room when cleaning. Fabulous a la carte breakfast included in room price with several hot options.A pre booked evening meal also on offer. Delicious 3 course dinner at $25 per head. We ate out locally and on a dinner cruise, but enjoyed this evening meal 3 or 4 nights and always enjoyed. The owner Phil makes a point of speaking to each guest during their stay which is a nice touch. We felt very welcome. Everywhere was spotless.
