The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Rajesh in Ministry of Chutney went over and beyond to meet our family’s needs. Kunal from housekeeping kept our rooms neat and tidy. Preetam in the club house had excellent customer service and always had a smile on his face. Dinesh at the spa made us feel very relaxed with a fantastic foot massage. Karthik from front house in the suites building was always welcoming. The bell boys never complained when they lifted our endless number of suitcases. The front house staff were pleasant and ever ready to help.

Our stay was too short to enjoy the hotel, it’s facilities and friendly staff.

* Outstanding service from the reception to the bars and restaurants. * Amazing SPA - perfect 120 min massage and shower sauna to relax after long day or flight. * Location - right next to the airport (Radisson also provided clean and comfy shuttle service). * I was surprised with the size and equipment of the gym - everything you need for full body workout or cardio, even punch bag! * Food - very tasty and various options. Overall- will definitely stay again.

The room itself had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to mold or moisture, which might be common in the region. had to re-wash my clothes few times after the return.

What is there not to like about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were given the attention and care that was just superb! Every staff member, regardless of level, was super courteous and professional, even the driver, Mr Karthik, who drove us to the airport the next day. Special mention to Mr Naveen and Ms Sohini at the front desk, who were exemplary in our check-in and out procedures. Huge appreciation and compliments! Our rooms were fantastic, and the main reason to choose Radisson Blu was the proximity to the airport. We are very lay people, but were certainly made to feel like royalty!

The Raddison is an exceptional property near the airport , i had prompt pick and drop off as complimentary by the hotel, i also had breakfast which was well set out and and had reasonable variety. The bar by the pool had some fusion food which was not too bad. Overall if you want to stay near the airport its a good place but slightly on the pricier side. They do customize your stay from the room fragrance to the cookies you choose for the room.

The on thing i think didn't like is the fragrance in the corridors it gave me ahead ache. If you want to go explore Chennai then this would be slightly outer and transport is a must.

Staff were amazing! Every need was anticipated and accommodated. It was so lovely to not have to worry or stress about the little things for my first visit to a new country!! It was close to the airport, with free chauffeur; the room was luxurious and elegant; the meals were all superb; and the peace and quiet was perfect. I also loved that there were plenty of vegan options and the opportunity to add ingredients one by one so I could omit things I am unable to digest. The wait staff in the Ministry of Chutneys were so wonderfully attentive and courteous. I had no idea what to eat and they took care of every detail for me. I felt like royalty in there! Superb food in every restaurant onsite and amazing atmosphere. Hopefully next time I can make some time for myself to try the spa too as this time I only stayed for two single nights 2 weeks apart.

I clearly told the waitress in the Great Kebab Factory for my lunch, a number of times, that I was full and could not eat anymore food, but she kept trying to insist that I have dessert. Rude. I also did not like that I purchased a coupon at the front desk for meals and then was charged for a bottle of water at my lunch table. Rude. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to opening the bottle that it would cost extra please.

The hotel is really nice and clean , the staff were very friendly. Actually got a situation that i arrived too early due to flights, the hotel was kind enough to let me into my room early so I can sleep after 16 hour flight. Also the pool is open 24/7 for residents so i could have a refreshing swim every evening. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel location is near the airport so if you want to see something from Chennai its really far by walking and quite long ride by taxi. But thats the only negative i had during my travels.

A very nice welcome on arrival. Very 5 star, and corporate. Check in was seamless and were allocated a room within 30 mins of arrival. There is no doubt that our room was luxurious however, for technophobes, the room was over the top with gadgets. It was a “smart” room and everything was controlled by a tablet. Too high tech for us, especially when the curtains were opening and closing on their own. This one night stop before flying out was perfect for location, but we found it a little pricey for a night, together with the various restaurant food, it was high end in price. All the staff from arriving to departing ( just 14 hours for us ) always greeted us with a smile. One thing that did leave an uncomfortable feeling was a little “in fighting” between the concierge staff for attending the customers. This was very much gratuity driven which was a pity. Overall, a pleasant, comfort stay and very convenient for the airport. There is a 24/7 complimentary airport transfer.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations with bonus mention to my room attendants for their exceptional care with everything that I needed. Special mention to Rashit and Saltos (sorry about the misspelling) and Ajith at the front desk who made the one glitch right with exceptional customer service fitting with a 5 star experience.

When I was texting the hotel about getting a complimentary ride from the airport (after using the metro from Elmore train station) the person or agents incorrectly responded that I was on my own which was a horrible experience. Both the concierge and agent Ajith apologized with Ajith also compensating me for that mix up.

Our booking included the complementary airport pick-up and drop, which is a big bonus. This was our second stay in the space of 17 days, as we were transiting through Chennai en route to Madurai and back, so the transfers were very much appreciated. Mr Anthony in the restaurant (duty manager?) was very welcoming and helpful on both our stays: our thanks to him. The staff at Reception were all very professional indeed.

The lighting console in the rooms is a little "user unfriendly" until you get the hang of it (especially the bathroom lighting). A laminated "quick guide" to the various functions would be very helpful indeed. One or two of the waiting staff in the restaurant would benefit from having a little more English at their command - some were good, so this does not apply to all the staff. Mr Anthony's command is excellent, for example.

Close to the airport and such a wow on arrival! Electric car transfers included both ways and the room? Spotless but way too complicated electronics for us prehistoric Europeans. We still live in caves don’t you know? The staff? Reception, drivers, porters, the absolute best. Beyond! Even though we hadn’t included breakfast in our rate, the hotel sent us off at 5am with a packed tasty breakfast bag which, given the lack of anything edible in the international departure lounge that early, amazing! 🤩 The room toilet had to be used to be believed. Space age! We still use a hole in the ground in our garden in France . This one connects you directly with Elon musk probing Uranus!

The price of two drinks each in the bar! We were tired and had two, just two drinks each in the bar. The cost came to €58! If staying, don’t use the bar. It’s an absolute rip off!
