Immaculately clean room, very cute kitchen with everything needed, calming ambience of design, high pressure of water in the shower, soundproof walls and windows, extraordinarily comforting mattress and pillows. Absolutely outstanding breakfast full of varieties of food. Early check-in was welcomed. Also loved endless trailes for hiking, parks and reservoirs around, southern kitchen restaurant cross the street.

Unfortunately TV and room key was out of order for few hours before checking out. Climate control was so loud at night we have to turn off heating to get some sleep. Was also surprised by $100 charge for pet.

Comfort, easy check in and out, I had been reimbursed a few weeks ago when an event I was supposed to attend was cancelled and although I was past the refund rate, they did it anyway. That’s the reason I stayed this time.

Breakfast ended at 9:30 and I did a 10 mile run returning at 9:38 and was told I was too late even though the doors were still open and some food was still out. A little empathy for us runners would have been nice.

This location was very nice, the provided breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were super nice, and the kitchenette in the room was an amazing perk. We loved that the hotel also allows dogs, this is an big bonus for us.

I miss tubs, the only shower feature is always a little bit of a downside, but not necessarily a "didn't like".

Good location, quick and easy check-in, very clean room, nice lobby area, well maintained hotel facility, nice kitchenette, excellent shower in the bathroom. Plenty of room in the room for our luggage, clothing, and our travel accessories. The USB charger was very handy. Nicely decorated and well laid out room.

Spotty elevator functionality, the room can be noisy in the mornings, very poor ventilation in the bathroom, cold floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, TV remote did not work very well, very firm mattress.

We have sampled a number of hotels in the area because of frequent visits to family. This is by far the best facility. We loved the suite which enabled us to bring our own food. The suite was spacious, there were extra towels, it was immaculately clean and the bed linens were crisp, modern, not overbearing; the mattress and pillows cozy. One of the BEST parts is that we could sign into our Netflix account. Most other hotels in the area do not provide for that and we find it very annoying! So good of you all to have that feature.

The only drawback was that I had messaged the property about getting a room with a hand held shower and had received an email stating that the hotel could provide that. I didn't double check at the desk and when we got to our room, it didn't have that. We decided not to switch rooms and it wasn't a deal breaker in any way. Our stay was great and we will choose this facility from now on.

We had a four-night stay with a 7-week old infant. The space was excellent for our needs. The little kitchen was decently stocked with eating and cooking utensils. We asked for a quiet part of the hotel and that was great. The beds were divine, and so was the shower. The space in the (large) bathroom was welcome. The breakfasts were above and beyond - delicious! A nice hotel.

Having asked for a quiet room, it was a long trek out to it with the amount of gear an infant requires at the end of a 1,000 mile drive! But we managed with the cart. Otherwise, nothing major stood out.

Good. Very clean and nice sitting area. Also very modern room. The parking lot was well lit. There is another Marriott right across the street that has a cafe/restaurant and bar if you want a change of scene. The residence inn is a great property to hang out at as well.

Breakfast was 0630 to 0930, good time. Nice and cozy inside while very cold outside. Computer available to access airline checking. Nice staff.

Lunch or dinner would have been nice. Used Courtyard by Marriott for dinner and local Cajun style Cafe across the street. Photos from 4th floor looking out in snow. Nothing really that I didn't like.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and level of our stay, overall great value. The room was perfect and very clean, breakfast was the best included breakfast we'd ever had at a hotel, with many varied options, as well as healthy options. Will definitely be back!

Washer and dryer took $4.00 because the machines were out of order. 3rd. party vendor. Staff did not offer a refund. Other than that, exceptional stay.
