I like that everything from the staff to the bar to the pool to the comfortability and cleanness of the rooms staff is super friendly security on point . one property manager stood out the most is Miss Debra .so understanding so patient great customer care 10 out of 10 for that one

There's really not much I could say about what I didn't like it was all around fun very enjoyable place

this aint no Hilton or Westgate... is a working class people's resort ... If you want fancy hotel pay extra for the 5 start ones...otherwise don't be a meany and treat the employees like they are your slaves... This hotel is for a family or people on a budget that want somewhere to stay without breaking the bank. I got to use the gym and the pool and that was such fun. The jacuzzi was not as hot as it should have been though. Super close to a lot of entertainment and food. We also ordered instcart to the room and that was a quick delivery. Deff recommend for those who are humble of heart and sweet to employees... People who think they better than everyone need to go somewhere else Lol

the kitchenette had no stove or hot plate. just a microwave

The simplistic yet stylish feel of the layout and rooms, the location being an essential hub of sorts for the variety of amenities surrounding it. The establishment itself also carries a reserved atmosphere, so it's generally quite peaceful

The only one true thing I could possibly say that would be a downside to Seralago. Because of its vicinity to Fun spot, and depending on your room location, you might be frequented by the sound roller-coaster gears and potential screams.

SERALAGO IS WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANT OPTIONS. SEAFOOD, KFC, ITALION, BK, MC D, FOOD TRUCKS ECT. ALSO, 10 MINUTE WALK TO OLD TOWN & FUN SPOT. NO NEED TO RENT A CAR AS THEY OFFER SHUTTLE TO DISNEY.

LOVED 2 SWIMMING POOLS & HOT TUBS. DID NOT PARTICULARLY CARE FOR OUTDATED DECOR BUT SUCH A DEAL FOR THE MONEY IT CAN BE OVERLOOKED.

Location is great ! Staff was super nice and helpful if needed anything . Room was spacious and comfortable . Planning another trip to Orlando in April and will be booking this hotel again !

Bar and restaurant on location are closed permanently from what I could tell while I was there but there are plenty of bars and places to get food in the area

I love this place. I get EXACTLY what I pay for everytime I stay here. The staff is very helpful. The location is conveniently located by Old Town. That means lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the food truck park is my favorite. I highly recommend staying here. Please keep in mind that it's not the Ritz Carlton. It's an affordable family hotel in a great location at a good value

clean and convenient

it was under construction which wasn’t a big deal but odd. wished there was a elevator to use because we had 3 kids and suitcases late at night. also the staff were oddly awkward and kinda just ignored me the whole time I was at the counter and carried on their conversation with other employees both times I went up talking about random stuff that was irrelevant to work. not a huge deal but kinda odd. also I didn’t see the little diner thingy open. I didn’t see where the hours were posted so maybe it wasn’t supposed to be open but I thought it was going to be. also we only got 4 pillows and had 4 people so I feel like there should be 4 pillows per bed.

It was nice everything in there had a game room and it’s convenient. We’re all the food, eating places and stuff like there.

I think she advanced in TV channels I think it would be good but overall it’s OK. I’m not that type of person, but it was good.

Stayed in 2 room suite. It was awesome, very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice room. heated pool was nice. We go here a couple times of year. It is our go to place

Went in hot tub 4 men in there smoking and drinking shots. People walking up and down the corridor at 11 at night hollering and being loud. Still have not received my 100 deposit back to my card. Door did not close securely.

The proximity, price, and other guests. Security helped me deal with an issue of someone trying to stay that was not welcomed.

The washing machine took my money and I could not book a night from there, I had to do it from the outside source that was suggested. Then I found out they took more from my account than was agreed upon.
