Location is perfect, close to Manuel Antonio Park, on the marina with restaurants and shops just underneath, but not loud. Nice apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice view. Pool is ok. Nice kitchen. Reserved parking spot in the garage downstairs, which is nice.

The 2nd bedroom isn't really a bedroom. It doesn't have a window. It's a little claustrophobic. I think it's actually supposed to be an office. And the AC is VERY noisy, and you can't turn it off. It was a problem at night when it stopped and started again and woke us up.

The apartments are very nice and spacious, well equipped and very clean, exactly like in the pictures. But for me it was not the best choice booking here because of the location. If you look on the map and see the nice marina with a beautiful promenade, don't get fooled, you are forbidden to walk there. Access permitted only to the shopping and restaurants area below the apartments. I wanted to go fishing on the docks in the evening and got chased away by the guards. Ok, fishing forbidden, but even walking on the docks outside the boat area? It's normal that docks are closed in any marina, but the promenade around the docks is also closed. There is no other beach or waterfront accessible by foot from there, so it’s like staying far away from the sea. We had literally not much to do there and used just the apartment for the night. For somebody looking to just relax in the room and in the restaurants / bars / shops nearby it should be very nice.

The property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff was attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. The restaurants on the marina were also very good.

Pictures don't do the Villa justice. It is absolutely stunning and in a wonderful location. However, what makes the stay truly remarkable is that staff. Johenny was truly remarkable and made us feel like we had our personal consierge. She helped us organized tours, a boat day, dinners, private chef dinners and massages at the villa, etc. It is only a 10-15 taxi ride to Manuel Antonio, but the location in the marina is great on it own.

Was treated extremely professional by the staff. Security personnel were very helpful and go out of their way to help you.
