Larry & freddy are the real MVPs. They try to work with you & make your stay easy n comfortable…Its good to see hardworking black men! 306 is my favorite room! Its always super clean!!! Oh yea the managers too are good! Just can’t remember their names

My couch is in the room is all stratch up from a dog but other then that its fine

Wood Spring Suites is the nicest extended stay hotel that I have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are professional and kind especially Ms. Sara. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Ms. Sara treated my girls and I like family and I look forward to staying there again. The property is locked up tight and we felt safe during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hallways and elevator were clean. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a nice, clean safe space for a day or months to give them a chance to show you how it should be done. The room rates are worth every penny and you get more than what you're paying for.

I liked everything about our stay at Wood Spring Suites.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Hotel is in nice location close to Charlotte but not in the middle of the busyness of the city.

Hotel is older and could use some minor upgrades. Pillows were okay, but not the most comfortable. However, I have very little to complain about.

It's an extended stay. Staff is not pushy or misanthropic. Prigessional and polite

For long stays, you are expected to be totally self reliant. That's ok and it's like apartment living... Don't expect cups and daily housekeeping. It's respectable and allows for privacy, just not expected.

Rooms are very spacious and clean

Not enough towels no sope or shampoo . Also the first floor had the most strongest Dog smell. The room above my room (206) had kids running and jumping all night long I thought they going to fall through.

Location is in a great place so getting to where we need to go was great the staff’s energy is amazing and comforting overall a great stay whenever I’m in town

The facility is bright, clean, and welcoming and the front desk staff is amazing. The hotel is very secure which makes you feel safe. The room is spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. Definitely the best extended stay we've experienced in Charlotte so far.

Elevator can be a little temperamental but stairs are well lit and monitored; no other issues.

Very clean , working elevators, no one to bother me.

I’m assuming it’s an animal friendly hotel and there was a dog a couple doors that was a little annoying with the barking but it didn’t go on too long. Also the rooms were clean but they have a slight smell.
