Very comfortable and felt safe.

Upon entering the room, we realized how hot it was and turned the air down. After unpacking everything in our room and taking showers, we realized it was only getting hotter. We called and someone quickly came to look at it. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it in that moment, so they just moved us to another room a few rooms over. The only reason this was slightly inconvenient is because we had already unpacked everything in our first room, so we had to re-pack and move. But I do appreciate how quickly they came up to look at it when we called customer service. And the new room was DEFINITELY felt much cooler, so we were very grateful.

The room was clean and quiet. There were no pets roaming the halls. The room and halls didn't smell like cigarette smoke! Everything looked and smelled clean. It was a very pleasant stay and this hotel will be considered on our next trip.

The breakfast was better than lots of "continental" breakfasts, but was still marginal at best. The eggs didn't taste like eggs. I assume the watery yellow concoction was from a mix and not real eggs. The industrial toaster didn't toast the bread, it just dried it out. What's with each slice of bread being sealed in plastic? Don't tell me due to Covid because we've all learned by now that the scare tactics were way over played. The thermostat on the wall had absolutely no effect on the HVAC operation and adjusting the temperature setting on the window/wall unit didn't change room temperature either. It was during a mild season so it didn't really matter.

I loved it

I didn't like that the housekeepers didn't come to take my trash out or dirty towels. I had to leave it in the hallway for someone to pick it up. I also didn't like that I couldn't use the phone to call the front desk to let them know about housekeeping.

The location was great.

The area was noisy at night with the traffic from I44

The breakfast was fast, easy and good.

The room was very comfortable. We liked the overall hotel experience.

The door lock wouldn't lock. We had to just use the safety latch. The front desk said they would send someone to adjust it, but it didn't get fixed before we went to sleep. If that had not occurred, it would have been great.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable, and shower was hot.

I couldn’t walk to a convenience store from the hotel, and there was no airport shuttle.

Great service an location . I wish the booking site offered a Veteran discount an a senior option . I would have saved some money . Great place to stay

It was very affordable and very high quality too. The employees were very nice and the property felt very safe. The breakfast here was very phenomenal as well!

The beds weren’t as comfortable but that was ok since it was only one night.
