We were recommended Olivo by friends who stayed there last year, and we are very glad they did. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, with nice big rooms, a huge balcony and well-equipped kitchen . They had remembered to set up a cot for our 2 year old before we arrived, and we were very grateful to be able to arrange a slightly earlier check in. The pool area was lovely and clean, surrounded by pretty gardens. It's a bit of a walk up the hill from the lake front, but very accessible by foot or by car, and the view from our apartment was stunning. Garda Town itself was very beautiful, and we found a great swimming spot a short drive away on the way to Bardolino.

The air conditioning was the best bit as was very hot during our stay and it meant we could have a good night sleep. The beds were big and the place was overall quite clean and modern. Location was good.

No instructions on how to use the hob. Could have been a bit cleaner, some dirty dishes in the cupboard. Need to provide more than 2 rolls of toilet roll for a family.

About 1k walk into main Garda town down a hill. A couple of supermarkets are within walking distance but definitely a lot pricier than the large supermarkets. Apartment was nice with good sized rooms and kitchen utensils. Good sized pool with plenty sun loungers and pool open until 9pm. Lovely views out across the hills onto the lake. Air con worked well. Good storage within bedrooms and plenty of towels for use.

On arrival, very little information given about facilities, pool opening times, etc and really just given room key with a map. Bathroom had a bit of grime build up and could do with a refresh. Very small bottle washing up liquid and one kitchen towel for 5 day stay. Floors under bed not cleaned and quite dusty with some mould seen on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Could benefit from pool table or table tennis. Had to pay €5 for one use of washing machine and same for dryer. No information about how to use cooker etc but eventually found a qr code in cupboard above the cooker fan. Lots of German channels on the tv. No tv guide.

Very clean and modern, excellent big balcony, great facilities. Barbecue area on top terrace for everyone, washing machines available, clean and beautiful pool. Very pleasant staff. Excellent views

Check in was painfully slow but other than that no complaints at all.. As an aside this is about a ten minute walk up a fairly low grade hill from the lake side. Fine for anyone with a basic level of fitness but maybe not elderly. Taxi from the lake side to the apartments (5-6 minute drive) is €10 for one person (normally €5 per person). This is no reflection on the excellent apartments but just something to be aware of

The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool provided great entertainment and a chance to cool down in the hot weather. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are a short stroll to Garda town where you can access shops and restaurants. We would recommend Residenza Olivo.

Two washing machines to facilitate all of the apartments in the complex is not enough. They need to provide more so that you don't need to queue in the evenings to wash your clothes. A shaded playground for toddlers would be a great addition.

Beautiful apartment with everything included. All amenities available and the balcony is huge with every single apartment facing the pool it was very nice. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

The weather wasn’t great (can’t be helped, I know) Really tiny thing as the rest of the stay was perfect but the main bed wasn’t very comfortable. I wound recommend using the sofa bed if you think it would be a problem. Took me 5 nights to realise that and on the 6th and final night had the best sleep ever

The hotel was lovely. The pool was beautiful and although it was too cold for my husband and I, my children made full use. The apartments are good in size and well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.

There was no where to get a drink or anything- there is nothing on site. Also the cleaning supplies left in the bathroom could have been in a cupboard. But other than that it was amazing and we’d happily stay again.

The complex was very modern, beautiful pool area with lots of sun loungers. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful plants. The apartment was clean, well equipped with good air conditioning and WiFi connectivity. The location was approximately 15 minutes to Garda with lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. The walk back is up a slight hill.

The only down side was the lack of comfortable seating, but we were usually out and about so not a huge issue.

Location was great, 15mins from the lake, amazing restaurants within walking distance, modern newly furnished apartments and very helpful staff at all times. The complex is very clean and our two bed apartment was perfect for our family. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Garda. Also had a secure car park for each apartment available.

Loved the size and view of the terrace at the apartment Loved the pool and the loungers. Loved the short 9 min walk to Garda town. Staff very helpful and friendly Not too busy at any time and good sound insulation in the rooms.

We had a problem with the WiFi in our room but it was sorted out efficiently by the reception staff.
