Stayed here for 10 nights recovering after having surgery. Came from the UK, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to help you with anything that you needed. The location was not great but you can jump in a taxi and go places for very cheap. I also recommend to use GETIR app for food delivery. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, had a fridge which they provided free bottles of water everyday, as well as coffee/tea. The shower was very nice, comfortable pillows and bed. They will clean your room for you every day, the cleaners are amazing and they really made me feel comfortable and helped me so much on my stay. Every single staff member was truly amazing, they brought small bags of ice for me to ice my face after surgery without me asking which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Would like to give a shout out to the lovely Pinar, she spoke amazing English and was very helpful to us during our time here. She was so kind and helped us with every thing we needed, we was sad the days that she was not working. Overall the staff really make this place worth staying, it’s comfortable , clean , and relaxing.

I highly recommend this hotel, located quite well, there are some restaurants opposite where you can eat really well and don't spend a lot, in particular, "Hacibasar." The hotel is run by really good people. In fact, one morning, we had to exchange money, and the owner even took us to a jewelry shop to change the euros into Turkish lira. The staff, exquisite people, always available. The receptionists were very kind and attentive to our requests. The rooms were always clean, no matter what time you left. The cleaning ladies are impeccable. Not to mention the lady, the manager who managed the cleaning of the hotel, was truly kind. One day, I had a strong pain in my foot, and as soon as I told the lady about the obvious discomfort, she immediately called the hospital near us, and a taxi for a visit to the orthopedist. Turkey is true that it is beautiful, but it is even more beautiful because it is truly full of beautiful people. In short, what else can I say: we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and were truly satisfied!! P.s. We will be back.

• Location near Metro and Bus Stations.  • General services available nearby (grocery, cafes, etc.). • Rooms are clean and neat, as shown in pictures. • Housekeeping is available on request at anytime. . The staff are very helpful and friendly. . Hotel has a perfet wifi very fast and stable .

The hotel was very noisy; there was no soundproofing. The staff did not speak English well and preferred to communicate through a translator, but at least they are trying to assist.  TV has only Turkish channels and one Arabic news channel. On a weekend night, I observed couples having fun with loud voices on the same floor. In my experience, I am not used to staying at hotels that behave like brothels.

Superb location if you’re looking for a midpoint between Sabina Gocken airport and the city centre - 2min walk from Bostanci metro station, allowing direct access to both. The service was fantastic throughout and the rooms were exactly as suggested in the pictures, though the bed was quite hard (to my personal liking).

Traffic noise may be an issue when booking the delux rooms, personally I was able to sleep right through it but it definitely is there.

Very good hotel with convinient location, near subway station Bostanci. Realy good service, pleasant personnal in reception, especially super and kind staff personal who make cleaninig in rooms. These hotel is a great choice if yoy want to stay in Istanbul.

Rooms are done to a good standard, cleanliness is superb. Sea and city view - really good.

Ventilation is a bit of a problem, so the room air is very dry. In addition to room windows (air inflow), you need some sort of air outflow system. Or a humidifier, at least.

Well priced hotel in an area of Istanbul that is away from tourist ares. Large comfortable room with excellent bathroom/shower. A few minutes from Bostanci metro and about 15 to the waterfront and beginning of Bagdat Cad.
