We are a family of four and stayed in two adjoining rooms for 5 nights. All of us absolutely loved the hotel, to be honest it is probably our favourite hotel ever! The location is great in a safe, trendy area, full of restaurants and close to the beach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a jaw dropping lobby. It is convenient, not too big, with a very good restaurant on the ground floor and a tapas bar/bar on the rooftop, where there is also a very nice pool, overlooking the neighbourhood and sea. The gym is on the 1st floor, with the most beautiful wooden equipment I have ever seen. The parking is on level minus one and very handy. The rooms themselves are beautiful, with details like an ornate and quirky water jar, a small but well designed desk, a balcony, a coffee machine and a well equipped mini bar and a nice balcony. Oh, and the mattresses and linen were heavenly. On top of this super nice staff and you have a recipe for what certainly is one of the leading hotels of the world, for a song!

There was nothing to dislike.

Travel from Poland took roughly 24h. When I arrived exhausted at the hotel, way to early, I was expecting to drop my luggage, and wander around like a zombie till they let me in. But then best thing happend - I was allowed to enter my room few hours before check-in time, which saved the day for me, and gained the hotel 10/10 ;-)

Elevators should be programmed in a such way, that they are left open if not used, because then, air is getting tough inside. Almost no air circulation on corridors created some bad odours there - maybe housekeepers should open doors during cleaning? Also cleaning was the lowest point - on my balcony I could see old cigaretes, never removed, and floor was swiped very lightly. All of that were minor issues to be fair.

I have travelled a lot and stayed at some incredible hotels. This is easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in in South America. Top 3 globally. The decor is just incredible, whoever the designer is did exceptional work here, the smallest details have been paid attention too. The photos tell part of the story. The staff are absolutely perfectly trained and are attentive but not in your space. Ordering room service or making a request was as simple as sending a WhatsApp message. Santiago, Alejandro and Sebastian really offered the perfect level of service that you’d hope for at a hotel but almost never receive. The food is also excellent, the restaurant staff just as good. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, I was left speechless at how well run, maintained and operated this place is. Oh and lastly, the mini-bar snacks are all healthy options, bar Coca Cola you will find premium health snacks and chocolates. 10/10.

The hotel is new, modern, and with a unique design with comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff are professional. The property has a really nice rooftop bar and cozy pool area.

The room's WiFi was unstable, and my phone was often disconnected, making it difficult to connect. The breakfast had a limited variety, considering the starting price of $20 per person (in my case, ~$30). I didn’t like being charged extra for additions such as a tiny slice of smoked salmon. Also, breakfast is limited to only one main dish - a la carte (omelette, scrambled eggs, etc.). The rest is a buffet (mainly cereals, charcuterie, and pastries). I would expect more than one main dish by choice and more healthy options instead of a wide range of pastries.

Superb!! We loved it so much we stayed twice in a month! Good interior design makes everything better, especially for someone like me who likes aesthetic, and this place was top notch. Beds are unbelievably comfortable so much so you never want to leave. Breakfast is available for an additional fee in the mornings, water pressure in the showers and amenities are good, they have a great minibar selection and the channel selection on the television is great! The rooftop bar and restaurant is always buzzing which abd makes for a perfectly enjoyable low effort cozy dinner. Can’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful hotel in a similar style to Soho House, all of the spaces were lovely and well designed. Loved the rooftop with the pool and view, and the huge, super comfy and luxurious bed. The staff was all nice and super helpful. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Had a burger there which was great, and the ribeye from room service was the best I’ve had in Argentina or Uruguay (including Don Julio!). I don’t think there’s a better place to stay in Montevideo.

Wifi was a tiiiiny bit spotty in the room I was in but only noticed because I was working

cloud/like bed was delightful, eclectic decor, good room size, city views were nice, friendly front desk and restaurant staff/room service, bedside usb chargers, gym rowing machine, gym treadmills were nice once you got used to them

dusty rooms, malfunctioning blinds and v heavy sliding doors, leaky shower area, spiderweb clad pool, lack of privacy from non-hotel-guest crowd, bad TV placement (blocked the view) and for the rare moments one wants to watch something, there's no smart tv apps (only cable tv)

Trendy hotel, nice atmosphere! Careful details and magnificent decoration. Fabulous combination of modern and old style materials. Confortable room. Excellent bed. Nice view from the 7th floor. The gym is small but very well equipped. Young but very friendly and attentive personal. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant at ground floor is very good as the roof top bar at 10th floor.

Poor and insufficient toiletries for an hotel of this category. Lack of shelves and particularly drawers to store clothes. There is not priority for hotel guest for tables at the restaurant or the Sky Bar, except for breakfast. The hotel has opened a few days ago, it shows that there are things to adjust and the staff gain experience!

Nice location at an easy parking street. Beautifully decorated spacious and clean rooms. High quality linen and towels. Quite good breakfast with optional hot dishes.

In general, the staff is polite, but the reception team lacks a bit of sympathy. The rooms are spacious, but they are not soundproofing, and the streets may be noisy because of the motorcycles (delivery services late night, especially on Saturday). The bed is comfortable, but I prefer a harder mattress. The gym has exceptionally beautiful and interesting equipment, but they are not easy working with. I expected a different kind of hotel, considering its chain, but it was not.

I have traveled around the world. This was by far one of the nicest hotels in which I have stayed. Staff went beyond way beyond expectations to help, responsive like no other hotel, great food, excellent accomplishments, perfect location
