Location makes food, shopping, and transportation easily accessible. It was very clean and welcoming. Front desk was always attentive and pleasant.

So, at least from the 3 floor, the freeway traffic is intrusive. Fortunately, I like the AC to run when I sleep, so it helped, but the freeway is loud.

Loved how clean it was and how nice the staff was! Right when you walk in they have a drink section which I thought was nice

We went to our room and saw two life water bottles and it showed 6$ each wasn’t expecting that thought they would have been free of charge since they were in the room but we didn’t touch them or drink them.

The location was very convenient, right off of I25 and close to the mall. The check- in staff was super friendly.

We usually book rooms at places where breakfast is included, but that is not the case at any of the Courtyard properties.

General manager Steve was very pleasant and calm even while a storm knocked out internet causing a delay during check-in for several of us. The room was very large and looked great! 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. Hotel is nice, modern, and an excellent location.

The second floor hallway smelled funny. The second day it smelled like melted rubber mixed with cat urine. It had rained a lot, maybe it brought the smell out. Regardless, it was very unpleasant. We were disappointed to learn that their Starbucks is really just a small handful of coffee options. It’s a counter combining the Marriott bistro with a Starbucks coffee machine.

The location was nice, it was clean, and staff was helpful. The restaurant inside was a good extra, just kind of expensive.

It wasn't as nice as we thought it might be per the pictures. We stayed in a cheaper hotel the night before that had a kitchen and more in it.

From the front desk to the bar staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Pool was open until 11 which our kids enjoyed since we didn’t arrive until 9pm. We got the two room suite with couch pull out and it fit our family of 6 great, the room was very spacious. Location was great, about 5 minutes to Park Meadows mall and 15 minutes from the downtown Denver exit (stadium, meow wolf, aquarium, six flags) but was in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Rooms were a little dated but not terribly.

Room was super clean Facility was wonderful Location to light rail and mall was exactly what we were looking for. Staff was super busy, but most tried hard. No road noise from interstate. Bed was super comfortable

Room was ready WAAAAYYYY after 3pm check in time. When we went to check in, gentleman at front desk seemed put off by us bothering him to try to check in. Was kinda short with us and other guests who approached while we were standing there.

the staff were exceptional, they even let me check in 3 hours early. very clean facilities

the location of my room was next to the stairs and so it was kinda loud a couple nights
