My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Confalone in Ravello in late May, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. This historic palazzo exudes timeless charm, seamlessly blending old-world elegance with modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast that unfold from nearly every corner of the property. The terrace breakfasts were a highlight of our mornings—fresh, delicious, and served with panoramic vistas that linger in memory. Our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was equally memorable: refined cuisine, a romantic atmosphere, and impeccable service. What truly sets Palazzo Confalone apart is its dedicated staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire stay. They clearly take great pride in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. There's nothing not to like about this place.

The building is beautifully restored and appointed with lots of greenery, magical gardens and views. The Ellen room is light and has the perfect outlook over the ocean, the coast of Amalfi and the garden terrace. The Team and service are impeccable, super accomodating and genuine. The property also offers incredible breakfast options with super attentive service. During we stayed during our wedding and very extremely happy with our choice.

Complimentary daily water must become mandatory. This was difficult during a 5 day stay.

Beautiful views, delicious restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, and friendly staff. The staff is very willing to help in any way. They helped me make dinner reservations, pool and spa reservations, boat reservations, and private transfers. They were all nice. The location is perfect. There is not a better location in Ravello. The restaurant for dinner is especially good. The dinner was one of our best meals in Italy

Beautiful old palazzo with stunning grounds and views over the valley and sea. We had both dinner and breakfast there and the food was very good. The garden is gorgeous and there were many places to justvsit and take in the views. The woman at the front desk was helpful in arranging a taxi for us last minute to Salerno.

The hotel is located at the top of a hill with quite a few steps from where our taxi dropped us off near the main square. Apparently, we needed to call the hotel to arrange a drop off at a closer location but that was never communicated to us, so instead, we schlepped our suitcases up the hill on an already hot day. That was not the best start to our stay.

Wow! What an exceptional hotel, staffed by some of the most friendly, professional, polite and accommodating staff you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble. My Wife and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and my Wife's Birthday, and we were completely enraptured by the charm of the hotel and the warmth of the welcome from the wonderful staff. From our initial greeting we were made to feel valued and very welcome. The hotel is truly an amazing building with so much character and in a wonderful location just a short walk above the town square of Ravello. The room we stayed in - The Contessa - was beautiful. A huge bathroom with separate shower and spa / jacuzzi bath and 'his and hers' sinks. The suite has a separate seating area, dressing room and a very comfortable bed. The jewel was the double doors that open up onto a garden terrace with incredible views over Marmorata and Minori. Each room on the garden terrace level had its own private seating area and across the well manicured lawn was another dining terrace. On the day of our anniversary, we were able to have a private champagne breakfast, complete with rose petals adorning the table and single red roses for each of us - making it a truly memorable start to our special day. The incredible staff were extremely accommodating in allowing us to carry out our own personal photo shoot to capture new memories of this wonderful weekend. The breakfast served each day was exceptional and certainly set you up for a day of exploring the beautiful town of Ravello. If you are looking for a romantic location or even a place where you can reset and put life into perspective - this is the perfect location.

There was nothing that wasn't liked. One small improvement could be the inclusion of tea and coffee making facilities in the room to accompany the mini-bar.

The sea view of the restaurant is amazing. The staff was very proffesional and welcoming.

Everything - this is the most beautiful place in the world. The building is absolutely spectacular, the room was so lovely and the garden is beyond peaceful. The service is impeccable and the staff are very kind. As if that weren’t enough, the restaurant is absolutely outstanding. While it may be under a new name now, the beauty and perfection of Hotel Palumbo still remains here.

Nothing - no complaints.

Its history, location and views are spectacular. The staff are the perfect combination of professional and friendly but above all they are so very kind. The room was delightful.

No lift. I understand why but it is four floors from the room to the restaurant. Also storage is limited for a longer stay.

The food and service were great at the hotel. The afternoon eating area under the outdoor terrace and the dining room where breakfast and dinner were served both offered breathtaking views. The hotel is very chill and relaxing and the hotel staff were truly exceptional, among the best that I have experienced in my travels. I tore up me knee several days prior to the trip and experienced swelling. The hotel staff promptly and repeatedly brought ice to the room multiple times a day. Far above my expectations for service!

We had a veal entree one evening that was not up to the high standards of all our other the meals. Other than that everything else during our three night stay was wonderful!
