The staff were friendly, the bedrooms clean and comfortable and during a heatwave air con was great. The food was good too.

Unfortunately, the hotel had lots of flies in reception and in areas where food was served. It was not a very pleasant experience in trying to eat your evening meal while waving flies away. It was very off putting and not hygienic due to flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet where breads were not covered. Some foods had cling film over but it was an uphill battle to keep files of the food.

The breakfast ,was without vegetables,(most of the hotels the same .I don’t understand why ) a few choices of vegetarian or gluten sensitivity,and sometimes a lack of food when other people finished it ,and not always look to fulfill ,what was finishing ,but we were patients.itt only minor.

The staff is amazing. The room was very clean, big bathroom. Even if the location of the hotel is on the main road, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was perfect. My sister and I ate one night at their restaurant: it was delicious. The location of the Ibis Hotel was perfect: so near of St Emilion village, and vineyard in St Emilion (the vineyard are all around us.

Not a great place for travelers who come to town on the train (not the fault of the hotel, just want to provide the info for travelers), as taxi service is limited (and unavailable at times) and not much of anything is available within walking distance. If I were to pass through Saint Emilion with a car, I'd stay there again. Great value.

Convenient location for visiting both Bordeaux and Saint Emilion. Good value for the area. For a no-frills hotel, the facilities were great, as was the staff.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed our first night there, but the staff pointed us to a great place in town. The literature about wineries in the area was a bit outdated.

The rooms are clean but small-ish but for one night nothing to complain about. The breakfast was very good. Nothing left to desire. The restaurant seems to be very popular.

I arrived quite late and the outside of the place was in complete darkness. Even the sign from the Hotel was switched off.

First of all, the staff is very welcoming, nice and professional. 5 stars for the staff! The bed was comfortable , you have hot water instantly and the room overall was very clean

As a frequent guest of the Accor Group , this was by far one of the most outdated room I stayed in an Ibis Hotel.

The shower was cold on the Friday and Sunday mornings and we could not take a proper shower. And unfortunately the receptionist on the Sunday morning did not seem to be concerned about our complaint

breakfast was help yourself and very relaxed with a good selection on offer and the hotel was in a perfect spot with nice big garden and had a really nice feel

nothing really, although the bedrooms were really small but the bed was so comfortable, had the best sleeps

Location worked really well for us- spotlessly clean,friendly welcoming staff ,dog friendly,comfy bed & power shower. Departed after an excellent breakfast. This hotel doesn’t try to be something it isn’t - but if you seek value for money with excellent standards of cleanliness & dining on site then this hotel could be the perfect fit 👍🏻
