The staff is courteous and efficient above expectation. Any complaints are handled immediately and gracefully. Truly accomodating. Lovely grounds and quite quiet despite being near a busy boulevard.

Sadly, this grand place is in need of a bit of a spruce up. Truly tattered towels and stains on the bedding upon arrival. Sometimes one wants a cocktail or a glass of wine. For reasons not revealed they had neither. Rather a disappointment.

The staff always friendly. The rooms clean and the restaurant food fresh and delicious. Thanks to all the beautiful people that works in this facility. They made our stay a pleasant experience

Everything. Very clean and comfortable. The most impressive for me was the breakfast, particularly the skill of the cook at the grill, who made a great omelette for me. The buffet was excellent, as well. Enjoyed the pool, but even more liked playing pool. Lastly, we were there for an early flight, and the shuttle service was good.

the food was not that tasty. we Aldo ordered a couple’s massage and it ended up being a facial and a massage of 30 minutes each, instead of one full massage hour. If there was not enough staff then it is better to say so.

The hotel is really nice, totally valuable for the price, it totally exceeded my expectations, the food at the restaurant its really nice and the satff has the best service you can get. The rooms are very quiet and the Bed is very comfortable

Place was clean and secluded from the main street, stores, pharmacies and restaurants were close by within walking distance

I didn't give them a 10 due to to the toilet issue we had in one of the rooms for three days. A new room wasn't offered until I asked.

Staff was good and fast registration !!! Clean in all areas.

In Resturant, could have more options after breakfast, for lunch and dinner only limited options are available, that makes us to think outside the Hotel and nearby no good resturants are available.

Good service overall and friendly staff. Very good location but car dependant. Very close to downtown and stadium.

The light for the bathroom was outside of the bathroom, not very common and not convenient

I liked the service, starting from the valet parking to the receptionist, very friendly,welcoming, and attractive .
