The room was spacious and clean. I especially liked the built in bidet toilet bowl... very good feature. Breakfast was good, had a very wide spread of food to choose from for elderly travellers like myself and for my grandchildren. There were good facilities like kids playroom and outdoor swimming pool although we did not have time to make use of it.

The two-knob taps in the bathroom can be improved. Halal option breakfast lacks variety and would suggest to include variety for vegetarian.

Great breakfast selection, friendly staff especially the concierge staff to arrange the Ubus to the airport and helping us load our luggage onto the bus. XEI xei ni

The extra charges for using the squash court and using the table tennis table. The bathrooms were a little dated and needed a walk in shower rather than only a bath tub. Plenty of space to properly refurbish the dated rooms too.

The pillows on the beds weren’t very comfortable (but that is personal taste) The evening buffet is fairly expensive at 1000 Taiwanese dollars per person.

The early check-in, room size and location. The concierge staff especially Adam Sun and Karen Lai so patient and helped us to find a fantastic tour of Sun moon Lake. The tour was the highlight of our stay in Taichung. The staff at the breakfast venue were lovely and accommodating. They didn't rush us out like other hotels we stayed in.

It was hard to book the restaurant on site and not alot of choices for drinks at the bar.

There are a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. I like how big the dining room is so it doesn’t make you feel crowded at all even when it is busy. Service is really good and staffs are polite.

It would be good if the restaurant can introduce some yam cha dishes for breakfast.

We loved the hotel. 1. It had a good location. 2. The resort was great for families. 3. Breakfast was included and it was wodnerful! 4. The pool was lovely, outdoors. 5. The gym was adequate. 6. The room was lovely, cozy and clean.

I did not like that the hotel pool and kid center was closed mid day. We waited for our room, and it would have been great to get in the pool while waiting.

Bad wifi and long line to get to the elevator each morning around check out time. Location isn’t as convenient even though it’s right next to the bus stop. Bad traffic to get into the front door for delivery and pick up/drop off services.

We were granted and upgrade to a suite for no particular reason, which was really nice. Breakfast buffet was plentiful; mainly oriental options but you could order the cook to prepare a dish also. Had good espresso coffee machines.

The hotel is rather old but well kept, except for the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay. It was closed for maintenance and there was no mention of when it would be operational again.

Pool closes from 12 to 2 pm is disappointing, and it seems way too long during prime swimming hours Two single beds pushed together with one blanket covering it was weird but ok The mattresses were firm!

The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food and the quality was great. We really enjoyed using the excellent coffee machine. The fitness gym was large and first rate. There are a lot of amenities in the hotel.
