Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good.

Parking. We purchased parking spot with electric car charger in advance. We got fixed parking spot number inside garage. Upon arrival , our number parking spot was occupied by other car. In addition, some cars were parked incorrectly, occupying several parking spaces and the hotel parking spaces were running out. We got last parking slot, probably we occupied someone else’s parking spot by doing that. Also we couldn’t charge there, the charger cable didn’t reach to our car. The hotel don’t ask for car number on check in- so they didn’t help us.

I love that it’s very central in the city, easy to find and exceptional parking, the breakfast had plenty of variety and offered loads of options, taste was awesome. The beds was super comfy, staff was always smiling and service minded.

I wish we could have been offered something for our son to drink for his breakfast as he’s allergic to apples and oranges, and has difficulties drinking milk. When explained in message to the hotel, staff replied that we had to bring our own drink for him or he would have to be without. Also, when we checked in, no one in staff told us anything about the amenities, so I still don’t know if there was any play area for kids or not (for example)

Great hotel, recently refurbished or opened and in a very pleasant location next to the river and short walk to the railway station. The combined bar/reception is a great idea and the staff are very happy and helpful which is always a bonus. The hotel lobby area is a good mix of comfortable seating and areas to work or socialise and the breakfast is extensive and very fresh. It was my first time in Norrkoping but a really nice part of Sweden and shall definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

It would be great if there was tea/coffee making facility in the room or free tea & coffee available. There was coffee available for conference guests but I think they should extend this to hotel guests as they do in many other hotels nowadays.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Facilities great! Good isolation in the room, didn't hear anything. Comfortable bed.

A bit sometimes messy, pet bottles thrown around - kids likely. I kind of wish there was a family zone Vs older kid families and no kids zone at the breakfast.

Good staff and services.

Room is small for stay with a child. It's booking.com s mistake that shows your child stays for free and the room choices should be shown for baby specific rooms when searching for children and family room.

I stayed for two days and my experience was exceptional thanks to Oliva at front desk. She was very helpful and provided me with the best service that i can ask for and honestly if ever come back to Norrköping then it will be because of the customer service she provided !

The breakfast was good. There was a nice small play corner for children. A possibility to park a car in a garage.

If we had stayed there longer, I would have hoped to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. Also only local TV channels were visible.

The bathroom was ok, clean, the shower well functioning. Comfortable bed. The heating worked! Good breakfast. I would say good value for money.

The towels had stains on them. They were cleaned but still... ich. We had a small double bed with only one blanket witch was big enough for one person only. We arrived late at night and I didn't ask to have one more, maybe they would have given one more. Bad lightning... but I see this is a thing in Sweden to go blind because of "mysigt ljus". Very very very bad coffee. Only lactose free milk, what is that about? am I not a paying costumer as well? I hate that "almost milk" crap.

I appreciated the service. Very service-minded receptionists and who were quick to help me with any issues or questions I had.

Price was slightly too high considering I traveled in the middle of the week, but just a minor nitpick.

Family room with closable middle door was good. Garage was easy to access and had a lot of room. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Air condition in the room was very low power and didn't cool the room. Butter in the breakfast was not butter, but some kind of margarine.
