We’re currently remodeling our bathroom and have a temporary shower set up at home, so we often rent a room here just to feel normal again—and I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, no matter what time we check in (usually late at night). While there are no elevators, there are convenient carts available and exterior entrances on both sides of the property. The stairs to the second floor are very manageable, even with multiple bags—just roll your cart to the steps and carry your items up the 10–12 stairs. The rooms are consistently spotless. The in-room refrigerators are spacious and work perfectly. You’ll also find a blow dryer and basic toiletries available in case you’ve forgotten anything. While there are no USB ports for charging the lamp had convenient charging strip. Near the front desk, there’s a laundry area and a breakfast room. Both are efficient and easy to use. The washer and dryer operate quickly and require a small fee in quarters—but it’s absolutely worth it. The complimentary breakfast is always fresh and satisfying for a hotel of this kind. I've even watched the staff preparing it early in the morning—they’re clean, fast, and organized. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, waffles, several types of cereal, milk, juice, and a variety of condiments. Next door, there’s a casual bar and grill with a great atmosphere—just a short walk across the parking lot. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, and a convenience store. Additionally, within a short driving distance, there are plenty of other dining options to choose from, offering a wide range of cuisines. If you're traveling or just need a break from home like we do, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort here. The indoor pool was being serviced during our last visit, so we didn’t get to use it—but it looked large, clean, and surrounded by plenty of seating.

During our drive from the Atlanta airport to get to Sleep Inn North on I-75 in Macon, we were deluged with heavy rain from a storm that had hit Georgia (at this point, it was not Hurricane Helene, which had not yet made landfall). So finally arriving safely at the Inn was a big relief! The interior was clean and we were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk, Max. Our room was immaculate, and our queen-sized bed was soooo comfortable, ahhhh... We slept tight every night (five) we were there. The bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot were clean. Housekeeping came by every morning, like clockwork. The general manager, Christina W., was often at the front desk and she was profesisonal, polite, respectful, and humorous at times. We also liked the delicious Continental breakfast that was provided, buffet style. We woud definitely stay here again. Great hospitality and customer service.

It was not dirty it was not the ritz but it was nice for the price.

Wish their was a fitness center and when my husband and i stepped out to smoke their was a panhandler asking for money while charging his phone on the top of the staircase and if he were a guest he probably would have been in his room. I am fine that he was in there and not cold if he was homeless but the night attendant was no where to be found and security would be nice because next time it might be a person with ill intentions

The hotel was located exactly where I needed it to be, in the heart of Macon around plenty of stores and shopping centers and right by the exits. Breakfast was full bar and easily accessible and the hotel smelled and looked cleaned.

I was on the first floor room 119 and it was too much noise the guests and hotel staff woke me up very early in the morning due to lots of very loud talking and banging of doors and equipment that was super annoying. I saw a big cock roach in my room and the wall next to the toilet was leaking water. Overall my stay was delightful and this hotel will be the only one I book when I'm in the area.

The hotel staff was great. You couldn't ask for better people. The room had comfortable beds. The air worked great. The room was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Then there was the pool. It was too cold to swim in even though it was at 83°. We were a little sad about that since it's the only reason we picked the hotel. However, we were happy with our stay. Everything else was great.

The window opened. The cable package was excellent and worked well. I liked the shower pod. It was different. Bed was fine. Nice pillows Good lighting

Water pressure was not good. Shower pod was great, but I managed to get a lot of water on the floor. Wished I had an arm chair to sit in. Only choices to sit were the desk and the bed. I got a room right next to the breakfast room, so it was kind of noisy. I have gold membership with Choice rewards, but I booked through booking.com, so I don't know if that affected the room I was given. I would have thought Gold status would get me a better room location

It was very clean, great shower, pet friendly, friendly staff, breakfast, just the right distance for our stop, convenient, and close to restaurants.

The mattress, although somewhat new was not comfortable, didn’t sleep well. Couldn’t regulate the temp in the room, control wasn’t working properly.

Ot was exactly what we were looking for in a quick overnight on our way from Michigan to Florida! It was clean, quiet and comfortable!

The pool is only open until 9pm, which is ideal for a quiet night, but I feel it should be noted on the sight

Staff really helpful as we had mixed up dates but helped out with an extra night Also when we had issues with the fridge they moved us rooms

Noise upstairs maybe a bit of maintenance on the beds. Our bed had a noise when we sat on it Fridge had no temp controls

The staff was very pleasant, Ms. Cristina Walker treated me with a smile and conversation when she first saw me. I was very impressed . My stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was filling, the indoor pool was great, the location is very good.
