On a very hot day the air-con was extremely pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy and large. They allowed us to store lots of our cycling bags in their baggage room to save us taking them up to our room. They have a lockable cycle store which looked like it holds lots of hire bikes but also guests bikes. We had a meal in the restaurant that evening and although most had opted to sit outside on the warm evening we opted inside as we'd been outside all day. The meal was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. What was useful for us was the hotel was only about 5-10 minutes from our cycle route.

We only stayed one night!

Overall the hotel was nice. We stayed over Christmas with our two dogs while visiting family in the area. The gym and pool facilities were splendid and a great way to unwind. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar area due to having an unruly pooch but it looked very welcoming and a nice area to sit in. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room was a good size and comfortable for the two of us and the dogs. We did find the bed a little uncomfortable and hard which left us feeling a bit achey in the mornings. Apart from this, we would recommended the hotel to others and would definitely consider staying again in the future. The location was also good for shops and food outlets within walking distance. We drove to a nearby beach and visited the windmill farm. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas which was lovely to see.

I had a pleasant stay at the Carlton Oasis Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day

While the hotel is situated in an industrial area, the location didn't detract too much from my experience as the amenities and service more than made up for it.

The room was great. The bathroom is exceptional - if I could have taken the shower home with me I would. Love the deep bath (however I little difficult to get out of). I have never been in a hotel room (specifically the bathroom) this clean. I loved the new bar and I think the general areas are good.

With the works going on the stairs to the new bar were a little difficult as there was no banister - my Mum struggled here. Also, we were disappointed that there were swimming lessons in the pool on a Saturday, the only time my Mum and I had to use the facilities they were not available to us.

The breakfast was fantastic, the room was very comfortable and the hotel rented bicycles were a pleasure to ride.

The bus stop is about 500m walk from hotel and the shower is a standing in bath type which is not so ideal.

It is a nice hotel with excellent breakfast and very nice lobby. The staff is very helpful and always kind. The room was spacious and absolutely clean.

One small thing missing was the temperature controls. I was not able to switch on heating.

too soft mattresses (could be subject of personal preference). Daily the same breakfast choices. . expectation was a bit higher for the charged amount.

It is a lovely looking and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are nice. Restaurant is a tad expensive, but ok. Apart from that, no complaints at all.

I had difficulties with the lights in the room. I think a lightbulb was defect? And the switches for the lights were just a puzzle :) took a while to get it working hehe

The location and the hotel was calm Also the staff was very kind especially Madalena, when she found that the lock of the safe was not working she upgraded our room. Special thanks to her. Very professional There was also a good parking

The furniture is a bit old

I have enjoyed mainly the smaller swimming pool and a good breakfast.

The Industrial District of Spijkenisse where the hotel is located is a bit far away from city center. On the other hand it is easy to access the main road to Rotterdam or Europort.
