This places was an unexpected surprise in a good way. Yes it is close to the road and had some road noise BUT the fact it’s super clean and safe was worth a little road noise. Room serivce cleaned the room everyday of my stay too which is also really great. If we travel to the area again I will be booking with them.

Wish there was more options for breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint is with booking.com. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, there were plenty of things to do in the area. There are movies, restaurants and shopping all close by.

Room was dusty and linens were dirty in some spots and it was a nonsmoking room, however there were cigarette burns in our comforter. The room served its purpose for this hotel stay. Check-in was a smooth process and did not take long.

Beds were amazing. Like sleeping on a cloud. Loved them. Bathroom was nice and extra touches added

Vending machine snacks all out of date refused refund claimed they didn't own them but had the key. You could have just given the 1.50 back. Some were from 2023

location and price nice room and friendly staff although front desk can not supply shampoos or coffee or towels - you're supposed to track down the cleaning staff which is difficult

cleaning service never happened during our stay so we didn't get new towels, refills in coffee station or trash removed - didn't know we had to request these ammenities

Everything was very nice very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The beds were so comfortable. After a long 12hr night shift and a 3.5hr drive for a funeral, I melted in to the bed like butter.

So close to downtown and across the street from Heritage Park. Best bed I've ever slept in! Not too soft, not too firm. Excellent water pressure and temperature. Nice Matrix shampoo! Quiet, fast internet, soft sheets, plenty of towels so you can go a week without cleaning (good for the environment). A bonus was that the TV cabinet is perfect standing desk height.

A bit dusty around the edges. Tiny bit of mildew in the shower. This room could use a good deep clean of baseboards and under A/C unit, but everything else was great.

very clean. Easy to leave and arrive at even when busy. Nice area with a lot of places to eat around.

The breakfast wasn’t great if there was enough left for you to eat and there was no drinks or any kinds of snack available.

Phenomenally comfortable beds. Lovely, family-run, place just across from an excellent walking trail and park. Convenient to shopping, the cute downtown, and hospital. Super room with everything I needed. Loved the big accessible bathroom.

I was in the room next to the laundry room and I think that affected the strength of the WiFi signal, so I couldn't always connect.
