A perfect place and the best hotel in miri and very recommended to family and friends to stay, Whether it has kid-friendly features like playroom pools The place was very cosy, the management and staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and hospitable, more importantly to the kids, the wifi was fast and reliable. The premier pool double room had everything we needed and more, and whatever we have asked for was there in a matter of minutes. Will we return there again? yes of course. Will we recommend Marriott Resort & spa to our friends and family? for sure. Well done to the management and staff for creating such a unique hospitality experience that is truly a reflection of the rich Malaysian cultural heritage and diversity.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the pool area, which was perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

I recently stayed at the Miri Marriott Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. On the first day of our stay, no mineral water was provided in the room, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. We expected basic amenities to be available, but sadly, this was not the case. To add to the disappointment, the doormat towels were not provided in the room on the second day. This was particularly frustrating because the floor was slippery, making the doormat essential. While the hotel itself has potential, these lapses in service left a negative impression. I hope the management takes note of these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

Pool was very big, the food was good, and the staff was friendly... facilities clean

My room at 2nd floor, no lift available and u need to use stairs to go to 2nd floor... Very inconvenient if u need to bring ur luggage with u

Pool is huge & staff is very helpful, friendly & treat us with luxurious treatment. Breakfast served variety of food & they were good too. Love the spacious room & well maintained amenities.. Always want to come back to bring kids for getaway...

The kids house wasnt as good as it should be upgraded. No buggy service to bring us to the car park as it was dark during night time.. It will be better if the resort offers & arranges varieties of things or activities to do as we would pay more for some fun things to do within the area.. Just a suggestion as it will bring profit more if the resort has this in placed 😀

The check-in process was seamless. Our room was very nice and excellent. The Pool was great. The Breakfast was awesome and delicious. The hospitality was great as well.

Some part of the parking area have poor lighting and may arise security concerns. The room that we had was on the second floor and no elevator, we did not know. So it was a bit of a struggle for my pregnant wife with 2 little boys. Just wish that the kids pool with the slide have a covered shades from the sun.

Family oriented. We stayed there with our kids in mind. The swimming pool is spacious, and my kids enjoyed playing with the slides.

The 1 thing that I didn't like was how the staircase wasn't as clean as a how this hotel should be. And 1 thing that made me wonder was, there were chicken bones scattered in front of room 1012 or 1013 as if someone left a leftover food there to feed the cats. Keep in mind though, I didn't see any cat. The chicken bones was there for the 3 days we spent our time at the hotel.

It was an excellent experience staying in a hotel like Marriott for the first time. The main reason for this is that the Managers Roy and Guna B were very attentive and ever willing to help and chat like friends. The housekeeping team did a very good job every day of our 5 days 4 nights stay. The counter and concierge staff were not only helpful but carried out their services with gentleness and smile that warms our hearts. Miri Marriott has definitely made our stay (my wife & I) a pleasant one and worthy decision I made to have a getaway celebrating for my wife's 60th birthday. It is a very beautiful hotel resort, I really like the shower gel & shampoo provided in each room, they're so refreshing! Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. We got the connecting rooms and we loved it! Very family friendly. Room service was also very attentive and quick. My kids also enjoyed the swimming pools very much.

Checking in time is at 1600 while checking out is at 1200. If only check in time can be a bit early at 1400 would be nicer. There is also additional charge at the property that wasn't included with the hotel booking, such extra payment can be made transparent next time with exact amount so tenants can prepare earlier on. Also we booked rooms that were a bit far away from the hotel's lobby and we had an elder with us. It was a bit of a walk to reach to our rooms with a wheelchair. But the staffs were very nice!

I really liked the bathroom. It was spacious, it had the waterfall showerhead on the ceiling and a seat if required. It was very clean, and I liked the soap. The bar staff Henry and El Vina were wonderful and amenable. I was a single Traveller and they helped make my evening more pleasant.

My room was the furthest away from everything. This was nice in some ways but also meant a lot of walking. I wasn't there long enough to comment properly on everything.

I hadn't been back here for at least 10 years so I was pleasantly surprised that it was a huge improvement over the last time. The rooms were refurbished with polished floors and very comfortable mattresses. The pool and kids pools were fantastic for the toddler, especially the water slide. My son also loved the kids club

The kids club while it was great to have one was rather worn down, but it was big and had great cooling,
