Clean. Good location.

Papaya juice had bad odour. it would be bettet if smart tv and akash available.

The room and bathroom were designed well, really clean and well equipped with an AC, safe, mini-fridge. It looked even better than the pictures online. Very regular laundry and room service. The staff were very very professional and kind, they were the best part, really exceeded my expectations. A really comfortable stay at a great, central location.

The price was a bit too high. Sometimes there would be flooding on the street, but the helpful staff would get us rickshaws. Unable to order food from outside unless the hotel restaurant does not serve it.

In general I was so happy with the kind of food the hotel was offering. I think is basic and everything was really deliciuous. My room was really comfortable, the bed was so soft. The people there was also really nice to me, always smiling. The hotel in general was really nice.

Maybe you can give the option about if we want the mini bar service or not. I didn't know this was an extra service, I was thinking it was part of the price. It was a bit uncomfortable when you leave the room and there is somebody checking if you eat the nuts and chocoloate or not. That was the only thing I feel a bit uncomfortable. Just bit uncomfortable.

Family-friendly hotel in Dhanmodi. Surely not the tourist area, though National Museum is in walking distance, but a really good place to stay if you are busy in this part of Dhaka. Fair restaurant inside with fair prices, generous breakfast buffet, spacy rooms, all very clean and with modern furniture. And very comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful too. I will come back!

Room is clean and comfortable. Nice location. Although it is not on the side of big road but only 1 minute to take to arrive big road. There are a lot of shops and hotel and about 10 minutes to walk, one shopping center is there. Also warm receiving to have cold drink for us when we arrived. Thank you.

Breakfast could be improved to have more dishes for vegetarian to choose.

I stayed in room 502. This is a fantastic hotel. I really enjoyed staying here. When booking the room I was a bit sceptical because of the low price but for the value, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff including front desk, porters, cleaning, restaurant staff were super friendly. The location in Dhanmondhi is perfect. I will definitely be back again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front office staff were more helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Waah'id was v helpful and he also suggested to visit some places where we can experience natural beauty. I like our stay. It's good value for money.
