The location in Katy was convenient to where we were heading the next day. I was concerned for traffic noise but the room was actually very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and water pressure on the second floor was good. I was charged twice by accident and the front desk manager took care of it immediately.

The breakfast was pretty gross. Overcooked eggs, underwarmed sausage, and no butter just "spread". I would love to see companies start listing whats in their food so I know what allergens to avoid. The "eggs" and/or sausage made me sick.

Booked the King size room one night for a great price not expecting much, however looks can be deceiving. The outside looks like your average motel, but the room itself impressed me. The room was very clean, and spacious. On top of that the bed was comfortable. Overall, I really liked the location. It was within reach of Katy Mills Mall and there was a variety of restaurants adjacent to the hotel that you could walk to, without worry of having to cross any roads.

Location was great, many restraunts and entertainment within walking distance. The staff was great. Very nice guy, friendly and happy. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Seemed like a safe walkable area. Will stay again if we're in the area!

IT SEEMED THAT THE ROOM WAS NEWLY REMODLED. CLEAN AND FRESH.

THE BEDS WERE WAY TO HIGH. AS A FIVE FOOT ONE GAL IT WAS HARD TO GET IN THE BED. I REALLY NEEDED A STEP STOOL. MY MOM WHO IS HANDICAP, HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING INTO THE BED.

Every morning my son and I would get breakfast to go . Because I was taking him to school on the third day the desk clerk going to stop and say the maids get mad when people take food to their room. Sit down and eat the food don’t take with you . First of all he did not approach the lady who left out before. Second I take my food to my car and son eat on the way to school (bagel,eggs , fruit Third I never had room service by choice cause my room was not dirty so I know they could not specifically be talking about us . But I didn’t like him approaching my child . I walked up to see what he was saying he is a 11 year old child not 18 year old grown up. I wanted to stay longer but that upset me so I checked out that day.

The location is easy to get to with access to plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff is always friendly & helpful, especially when I need special requests. Breakfast is a bonus!

The Hotel and staff were great. My bad experience is with booking.com not the hotel. Booking.com charged me twice for the room rate amount and it's still pending in my account as a hold for almost 30 days now and no result do not know why this has not been resolved.

Staff was nice and helpful. Location was great! Coffee next door and several food places close by. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

People lingering all hours of the night just outside our room. They were super noisy while listening to music. We could hear the people upstairs walking constantly. Breakfast was lousy so we had to stop on the way out of town.

It was clean and convenient. Good location and we had no problem checking in through our app.

Little details caused inconveniences. No remote control (we have started traveling with our own universal one), breakfast eggs were iffy, and lots of smoking outside seeps into rooms through air conditioners.
