Great location, walking distance from the main train station. Overall had a good stay here!

There were often loud noises coming from other rooms in the apartment block, these did generally start early in the morning.

the location and it looked exactly like the pictures. very comfortable and close to amazing pizza and gelato.

was a little difficult finding it and getting in the first time. there were 3 keys and the property was not obvious in its markings or instructions for getting in.

Location good. A bit of a walk from the station but totally manageable and very close to Port and lots of good drink and food options around

The room was cozy, great location and a very good place to relax from day tours to cinque terre. The only 'downside' the room does not allow for much of a feeling on the daytime outside, a bit if a time bubble. But that can also be nice.

We had a problem with our roaming conection and therefore the instructions (which are very good if you receive them) did not reach us in time. When we called up the owner, she was fairly rude and not very helpful. Basically just saing its up to us to find a wifi and hung up the phone. However we enjoyed our stay very much after we finally got all the information via wifi connection in a cafe next door.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable!

Very good location, although the windows are not very soundproof as we could hear the chatter and noises from below on the streets.

Almost no natural light in the room (outside shutters and interior blinds). A/C was working. The owner sent me her bank details so I can send her the tourist tax directly in her bank. Otherwise only cash accepted.

Poor cleaning. The room was a mess at the check-in time. The owner told us to wait another 1,5h (until 16:30). Even after the cleaning, there were someone's shoe steps in the bathroom, dirty toilet and hair in the shower, Rude owner. When I asked her to consider a discount based on the messed-up cleaning and delayed check-in time, she only sent aggressive messages in Italian (despite previously communicating in English).
