I wish to COMPLIMENT the one staff member who was OUTSTANDING. Her name is ELIZA and from the moment I arrv and after requesting an additional night nothing was too much trouble. Eliza went way and above with her customer service skill, lovely smile and super helpful with ideas about how I could fill in my time in Leknes. Other staff pleasant enough not going above and beyond like Eliza. PLEASE PLEASE ENSURE she is shown the allocades she is deserving of. Maybe a pay rise, these people dont come along every day, they are gold to your business.

Since travelling in Norway it seems Hotels I’ve stayed at dont have fridges in the rooms. Maybe this is the norm.

The room was nice and comfy. The hotel is conveniently situated, very close to the shops and restaurants, and not very far from the buses and the local hiking path either. Overall a good place to use as a basecamp to visit the southern part of the Lofoten. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice, even for people allergic to lactose or gluten, or if you are vegan like me! And of course, as seems to be the norm in Scandic hotels, the staff was great and the service impeccable.

The booking reservation mentioned "mountain view" but it was really more a neighbourhood houses view with some mountains in the distance behind it. However, if you walk a bit further in the city, you will get the outstanding mountain view, for free!

Everything great at check in and dinner.I was nicely welcomed and advised by the receptionist the Friday evening. Restaurants perfect and waitress perfect. Breakfast amazing .

The Saturday morning the receptionist and breakfast waitress was different people and not cheerful. Absolutely not acceptable. Please do another job if you don't like people or tourists. This little hotel is really great but grumpy staff is not .

Great breakfast. Great selection. Everything was tasty and the right temp. I liked the fact that hot tea was available 24/7 Beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. I liked the snacks for purchase options ... Ice cream, candy, drinks etc.

After a long walk in the cold, I wanted to sit by the fireplace, but it was a TV screen of a fireplace :-)

Very helpful staff as I was left there by the cruise I was on when my wife had to go to the hospital. They helped me get back and forth to the hospital.

Menu for dinner was limited but it is a small kitchen so that is to be expected. Food was good.

Arrived early before 2.00pm , allowed to check-in . Room in the ground floor as requested . clean and cosy with bath room is rand clean . Breakfast is delicious , free flow of coffee , tea and snacks in the afternoon . Central location , 5 mins walk to bus terminal . Supermarket and restaurants also in walking distance . Recommended .

- very small room (when you put your bag in the corridor to the door, it blocks the bath room door - I had my bag on the empty bed besides me) - squeaking door - trash bin with a metal cover right in front of the window

The location close to buses, shops, really friendly staff, great selection of food at breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant on site where you can dine in the evening- probably only choice of 4-5 dishes but very tasty. There is a non stop supply of coffee/tea, hot chocolate in the lobby.

Everything was fine, cleaning the room could be better. There was dust on the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Friendly, helpful staff. They were very helpful and accommodating with our cycles. Great food for breakfast and evening meal. Room clean and spacious. Shower screen problem was resolved by the staff promptly and sympathetically to our satisfaction.

Staff is great. We need to request for breakfast box for early check-out due to early flight. It was arranged for us with sandwiches, apples, yogurt and bottles of water. Dinner at the hotel is also delicious. Location is right in the center of Leknes. Less than 5 mins to the airport.

Upstairs is only accessible by stairs. In case of big suitcases, it would be a bit challenging.
