The location is excellent. Just behind the house, you can see a beautiful fjord. If you lucky you also can see the Aurora Borealis just at the backyard. The host, Eric Botner is very nice and very helpful. Last time we arrive a bit late, and we request to get another extra house. less than 1 hour, he get the cleaning team arrive and get us that another additional house ready.

Everything is okay. Just the entrance a bit sharp corner and slope, a bit slippery during winter. Some neighbors put some of their cars at the corner area. I drove a big van, it might a bit blocking the way, because I need some momentum and drive fast when drive the van out of the entrance junction to avoid stuck in snow.

*Review for studio apartment in Henningsvaer* As for the apartment located in Kabelvag, the review can only be absolutely positive. Automatic check-in is very convenient and takes place by collecting the keys directly in a small "safe" located outside the apartment and which can be opened using a combination that is promptly communicated by the host before the overnight stay. Cleanliness and comfort are also the strong points of this structure even if, obviously, it is smaller in size than the Kabelvag structure. In this solution there are: a small but comfortable kitchen/living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The environment is very bright thanks to the windows present both in the kitchen-living area and in the bedroom. The furniture is very modern and contains everything you need to prepare meals independently. The bedroom is not very large but still more than enough for a couple to stay overnight.

More than "negative points", I would say that these are ideas for the host to further improve the service offered: - we were unable to regulate the temperature of the room so, unlike the living room-kitchen and the bathroom, the room was slightly cooler; - the TV in the bedroom was a little small compared to the wall and the distance from which you watch it while lying in bed; - I would probably add some kitchen utensils and replace some of them (we found a couple of knives with rust stains - probably it wasn't stainless steel?); Lastly, absolutely independent of the host, the location of the apartment is not very central to the center of Henningsvaer, but nothing that cannot be filled with a walk of about ten minutes or a few minutes of travel by car.

Honestly one of the best booking experiences I've ever had in my life starting from the booking phase and communication with the host, up to the check out phase. The apartment located in Kabelvag is even oversized for 2 people (as in our case), as it has: 2 bedrooms, a king size bathroom, a very large living room + kitchen overlooking a large balcony that overlooks the fjord in front. Note of merit for the impeccable cleanliness of each room and for the kitchen equipment, comfort in the lounge area and supply of towels and services. Equally worthy is the communication and availability on the part of the host who granted us an early check-in in the other structure managed by him and located in Henningsvaer due to the particularly adverse weather conditions which did not allow us to do anything other than stay in home. We also took advantage of the sauna service (which is located near the house immersed in the snow and directly overlooking the fjord): an unforgettable experience that I recommend to anyone who decides to stay in this facility.

I don't think I can find any "negative notes" in this context. If I really have to force myself to do it then I would say that the location is not so "central", but Svolvaer is about ten minutes away by car so it is absolutely sustainable and above all the location is absolutely worth the fjord view and the possibility of kayaking (weather permitting ). The large outdoor car park is a bit dangerous because it tends to freeze a lot, but I don't think this can be managed by the host either. Nothing transcendental and above all trifles compared to the countless points in favor of the structure and the host.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a very reasonable price. It was huge, with two bedrooms and toilets at each bedroom.The view from windows and veranta was amazing, facing the beautiful fjord. The neighbourhood was very quiet and we could only hear the sound of the wind at the fjord and the seagulls. A very tranquil and beautiful scenery!

Absolutely loved my stay at Lofoten Apartments! The apartment was fresh, modern, and clean. It was spacious and had everything one could need; from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The bed was cozy with crisp bed sheets that made for a perfect night's sleep. Parking just outside the aparment, and the overall convenience made me wish I could have stayed longer. I only had one night there, but I’ll definitely be coming back for a longer stay.

The apartment we were staying in was very new and well equipped. It was a very nice stay and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and toilets.

It would be great to have curtain option in the main area/kitchen. Also we thought we are booking an apartment in a different location. We really preferred staying more in the nature and outside towns and villages. It turned out that after booking we got a different address. I am sure you can cancel the stay in this situation as you receive a message soon after booking but I never opened the location link. I thought it's just check in details. Would be good to specify that the location is different from the beginning of your message.

Spacious, the view was beautiful (with big windows), big bathroom with heated floors, easy check-in and lots of room for parking, and the beds themselves were comfy! It was also very clean which we really appreciated!

No soap in the shower and there was minimal to no basic cooking ingredients in the kitchen. I don't think it would be too difficult to stock just salt, pepper, and a cooking oil - just be prepared if you plan to cook as there is no grocery store close by so it's not easy to grab oil.

Like the location of the apartment. Owner was friendly and nice to chat with.

There isn’t any shower soap provided until I have to ask Owner about it which is weird because who will bring with them a bottle of shower soap when travelling. Candles around the apartment were all used up, nice fireplace but no wood to use as well. Feels like owner trying to save on costs for expendable items.

we stayed in apartment no. 3 (Loft). The property is fantastic, superlative view, simply perfect sun exposure, designer furnishings, excellent location to start your visit to Lofoten. Excellent value for money. SUPER communication with the owners who are very kind and very available to solve and answer anything. I recommend it 10000%. We will definitely return.
