Hotel located in the center of Svolvaer. It is very minimalist, automatic check-in by code, there is no reception, there is only a couple of vending machines, but everything is well written in the description and in my opinion, if you do not have particular demands and you only have the need to sleep before continuing your trip to the Lofoten islands is perfect and above all economical compared to other hotels. I am satisfied with my stay.

Perhaps the only aspect that I would criticize is a single towel for everything, shower hands etc. maybe a second small towel for the hands and a small mat to get out of the shower would have been better

A hotel in a very good location with spacious rooms. Although there were no staff on-site, but communication via email during the week was very quick and positive. Check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms are clean, and the fridge and kettle are a big plus. I also want to highlight the powerful hairdryer, which was a great help with my long and thick hair. A special thanks to the staff for their helpfulness! I had a pleasant time at your hotel.

A few pictures on the wall, a rug, a plant, or even warmer color tones would add a bit of coziness to the rooms. :)

"Fast Hotel" lives up to the name! Check-in involved being sent a code that let us into the building and our room, and check-out involved getting out before our code stopped working. The room was clean and comfortable and even came with a small fridge. For what this hotel is trying to do (focus on affordability without any frills or even human contact), we found it to be great. Also, we've stayed in much "nicer" places in which we've been missing an infant cot after requesting one; particularly since the hotel didn't have a front desk, we were thrilled our cot was waiting for us when we arrived. We'd recommend staying here!

It would've been nice to get more guidance ahead of time on where to park. There's a paid parking lot right in front of the building, but we didn't realize that right away because some of the parking spaces in the lot (the first ones that we had noticed when we arrived) were private.

Fast Hotel Svolvaer was booked for my last night in Lofoten as it was the cheapest option and I knew it would still be good as I lived in hotels of this chain during my week there. I got my code by email before going there so could easily access the building and had no any issues. Room was smaller than in FH Lofoten but had everything I needed for one night stand - a single bed, a desk, hangers and shower room. Good thing - the building had elevator so I didn't have to carry my suitcases upstairs :)

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Svolvær, making it easy to access the harbor and nearby attractions. The self-check-in process was convenient and efficient, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable with a cozy bed.

There was no staff on-site, which made it difficult to get quick assistance with small requests. Also, the room was a bit smaller than expected, with limited storage space.

This town is like a dream. I also like to defend some of the complaints that I've read, nobody is really inconsiderate. It seemed to me that you need to slam the doors firmly shut so did the entrance doors as the springs in them were really firm, it's not because I did that deliberately. I was absolutely unlucky with the weather, only a few hours away before total summer drought in this part, but when it was chucking it down here it will simply start to smell like a pair of wet Wellies. just don't forget about that

the codes, you know what happened that day, if you know you know, absolute horror if you don't have a place to stay the night, but if you are really out of luck, you can try to sleep inside the ferry terminal waiting room. It seemed to be heated, has benches and a public convenience

situated just near bus station and ferry terminal and within walking distance from supermarket, its very convenient to start or end your voyage in Lofoten here ... specially if you arrive late and leave early. room was comfortable and clean, wifi worked ok and self check-in easy to use (provided you read your instructions received via mail and telephone !). the view on the square in front was a bonus ...

Loved how large the room was and proximity to the town square. This hotel is excellent value for your money. We got to Svolvaer after a very long journey on the overnight train from Stockholm to Narvik and then driving 2.5 hours. I slept incredibly well and the bed was very comfortable. No bells or whistles but that's what we expected and would stay again for the price we paid.

The bathroom smelled a bit moldy and there were a couple of dead flies in the room when we checked in. If we needed help then there were no staff

The shower leaked pretty pricey. The blinds were not black out enough. The water from the sink was murkey and seemed undrinkable, which was a real disappointment as i had to buy water

The location is pretty good, close to everything, though svolaer is not a big town. Basically it was like this: on the day of arrival, an email and sms with code of the gate and access method is sent to me and there is no staff and reception. The price is relatively low compared with other hotel, which is also good. The room is small but enough for solo traveler.
