Really cute cabins! Felt cosy and just like at home. As we extended our stay we got to stay in two different cabins - a seaview one and the one behind the seaview ones. Both were the exact same in interior, just the location was different. Seaview offers more possibility to enjoy the evening sun by the water. Would have wished a nice seating place in front of the other cabin as well but that is a minor fault. Extremely soft beds, total 4 in two different bedrooms upstairs. Even though the cabins were close to each other it was very quiet. Breakfast was great! Some good hiking optins very near. Also, behind the cabins there was a rocky hump which was good for children to practice climbing Very good location near Svolvær and also Henningsvær.
Everything was top notch

Loved these beautiful fisherman cabins, spacious, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. Loved the look and feel, cozy and super cute design! It's quiet and relaxed. The location is great, 5 mins by car from Svolvear.
It would have been nice to be told upon booking that the resort will be closed turning our stay. Meaning nothing will be open, except your room... no restaurants, no facilities. I do understand its "quiet time of year" even though they had more than 5 cottages booked, but would we have known in advance, perhaps we could have booked another location. Overall we still had a lovely stay and the manage was kind and helpful.

We stayed in August 2024 for two nights while exploring Lofoten. We loved our two-bedroom cottage with sea view (breakfast included). It was right on the water. The view was wonderful and it was very peaceful. We had the best halibut dinner while in Lofoten at the hotel restaurant. My two teenage sons and my husband absolutely loved the ability to jump in from high pier to swim and did it every day. They did it over and over and seemed to be having so much fun. We stayed at 5 hotels during our trip in Norway and none of the other hotels offered that ability. If you have adventurous teenagers, they will love this! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Sauna was nice and was right next to peer! The two prior hotels, we had to walk some distance to be able to swim after sauna.
We were a little far from all the action at Svolvae but we had a car so it didn’t matter.

The view from the room was fabulous, and the cottages were incredibly charming, homey, and quiet, and full of Norwegian character. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, healthy, and varied, and it was delightful to eat breakfast on the deck. Dinner was fine, and the chef kindly made a vegetarian dinner for my daughter. We enjoyed the sauna with it's gorgeous view of the mountains, and the hot tub, and our dip in the sea was fun!
The stairs leading up to the bedroom were a bit narrow, so we opted to leave our bags downstairs. Also, the beds were fairly narrow twin beds, but this was probably in the description of the room -- the beds were comfortable, however. We would have liked a green salad with dinner, but that was not available.

The rooms were clean, but small and the beds were movable, which was nice. The kitchen area was small, but functional with a dining area and sofa and chair. It was a traditional fisherman's house, I think, which might explain the size. It was a 2 story 2 bedroom apartment/cabin. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.
The bedrooms were in the attic area and all had slanted roofs, so if you are tall, you might bump your head on the ceiling. Also the stairs going up to the bedrooms are very narrow and not very deep, so you had to walk kind of sideways.

We booked a cottage with a sea view and got cottage No.2, right by the hotel reception and restaurant. The cottage has a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen, but what impressed us was a shoe dryer. The bedroom was incredibly cozy, with a comfortable bed and warm blankets. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of choices and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Setting up the heater can be a bit tricky, and it takes a while to warm up. If you're not set on having a sea view, book a regular room. It's a bit more budget, and you can always stroll down to the deck to catch a glimpse of the view.

Beds are extremely comfy.. Heating is also enough for Norway weather conditions. Kitchen, equipments are totaly enough for cooking. Breakfast is just amazing! I can say that even as a Turkish. You can find möllers tran omega3, haviar and tropical fruits too! Facility has a good restaurant, bar and common spaces. People who are workin on hotel are cheerful and helpful all the time. At least sauna is good for trying to Norwegian way.

The rorbuer was very well-maintained despite being so close to nature. The sea view unit was great and overall the place is situated in the middle of the Lofoten Islands, making it a great place to assess both northern and southern parts of the islands compared to some other rorbuers. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well, able to share and go the extra mile to provide a good experience to the guests. If i return to the islands for northern lights in the future, will definitely book a stay with them again.

Location was perfect, cabin on the water with great view. Cleanliness was perfect and staff very helpful. The facilities within the cabin were great - great sitting out areas. Also very quiet, away from the road
The bedrooms are up a steep stairs which is tricky for older people. Also, the toilet is downstairs so if you need to use it at night, you have to climb down the steep stairs.

Excellent property. Row of small two story cottages, with super comfortable sitting area on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Bit of a retro feel, but in a perfectly good way. Nice bluetooth radio and speaker, very nicely furnished (Scandinavian spartan), and beautiful views right over water. Great breakfasts and excellent on-site restaurant. Nearby (short walking distance) to two very nice museums and an excellent aquarium. Short drive to other sites.
