The room was incredibly clean, with a comfortable queen size bed, nice shower with a rain head as well as a handheld shower. It was really easy to cast to the TV, the parking was smooth and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the elevator. The food at the restaurant was especially good, with the included breakfast option being a menu of at least a dozen different options (so nice to be served with real plates and silverware versus going to a buffet with paper and plastic dishware)

Hotel was very nice. Right across the street from St Marys hospital. Free breakfast was good and free dinner on Monday to Wednesday was an added bonus.

On the listing on Booking.com there is an option for breakfast included. It does not state that free breakfast is already provided. Parking is limited. There was no parking available when we checked in and we ended up getting a ticket because we were 10 minutes late on paying the meter for street parking.

The facilities were clean, and amenities were plentiful. The location was perfect - not in the heart of the hospital, so you never really leave the medical setting (if you're in Rochester for medical visits, which we were), but not so far out you have to drive to appointments. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The value was great!

We had a small technical glitch trying to access Chromecast, but it was fixed within 24 hours. Honestly, my only real complaint was parking. I feel like, if you have to pay for parking, there should be ample parking available. There were two nights we went exploring and came back after 9pm, and there were no parking spaces available. We parked in what was clearly not a parking space, we weren't the only ones.

I really like how the staff was really helpful and are ready to make you feel comfortable. My birthday was on the 25th of May this year and the Jane from the reception team treated me this day and made me feel special.. Also Kelly was really lovely and guided me with the facilities…The decor was lovely and the hotel was more than clean and relaxing..

I like the common spaces for stay during day overall the space to stay outside at the backyard. Free shuttle to Mayo Clinic was very helpful, if you go the many days you can save a lot of money using it.

Breakfast is not included and also the restaurant is very basic and has limited time for serving. Swing pool is cool but always full of kids splashing.

Everthing was good. The portion size was just right and made me feel like I was not overindulging.

The scrambled eggs were prepared in a manner I had never experienced before. Looke like a pancake which threw me off. But when you cut it with the fork it was scrambled eggs and taste fine.

The airiness of the place! Very clean environment! We stayed at Even Hotel for a 5-day medical procedure at St Mary's Hospital. Very conveniently located

The last day we were there it took until late afternoon for our room to be cleaned. We did not receive clean washcloths nor a bath mat. But we were leaving the next morning so it was ok.

The staff was nice and the suite was beautiful. It was right by the Mayo Clinic and it was easy to locate the parking lot. We had the breakfast and the dinner which were both pretty decent. I love the avocado toast. The housekeeping staff was really nice! We would be back again for our next appointment.

The hot tub seemed a bit dirty

Very nice, clean and detailed room. The yoga tools were very nice, even if I didn't have the opportunity to use them. Staff very nice and helpful. Great position for St Mary's clinic, but only 15 minutes walking from downtown.

The breakfast is minimal, with just one plate allowed from the ground floor restaurant, and not the classical all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast

Didn't eat breakfast. Were short of time for an appointment at Mayo plus didn't like the $14 surcharge.

Check in person gave us the wrong room number so my husband had to go back down to find out our room. Checking out there was only one person and we needed to get to my appointment. The man complaining about something about his room because there was a wedding kept repeating himself... The person in charge kept repeating that she'd talk to her manager. I finally tossed our room keys at her so we could get our print out. This is not the usual way I would check out of a nicer hotel. Your receptionists need more training!!!!!!! Only one chair in the room on which to sit. There were two of us needing a seat and we didn't take kindly to the gray ball for a seat.
