The breakfast was incredible, views were beautiful, amentites both in the room and the hotel at large were perfect. We also enjoyed the restaurant on several occasions, the bar on several occasions, the pool once and threw a private party for ~30 guests. It was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely come to Koblenz again and stay at the Farhaus.

Our bar total became quite expensive and we weren't advised of the prices ahead of time. Other than that, we truly had a wonderful stay. Better than we had imagined.

Breakfast was fantastic, great choice, many very healthy options for all tastes. The restaurant, indoor and outdoor, very smart setting. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Views from rooms and balconies stunning, I think possibly all rooms have river views due to the orientation. The spa area is lovely. Koblenz a beautiful city, really recommend a trip there by taxi.

We understood the hotel being IN Koblenz, it is actually a few miles away from the centre. Taxi service was good though.

The hotel location is great, serein and scenery is fantastic for a vacation. The location is 10 minutes away from the center or the old town, which makes it ideal to be in a calm environment but close to any night event you wish to plan.

The rooms are clean, restaurant very nice with good food and staff very friendly. It is very convenient for vacationing, coupling nature while at proximity from center.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, our expectations were over exceeded. It was my wife’s birthday weekend and the ladies helped to make it very romantic and memorable! The breakfast and dinner had great options and were very flavorful. The amenities are nice and the location is central to many hot spots in Koblenz. We look forward to coming back one day!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was cozy and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast beside the river. Pool area was clean and well-designed, and a great area to relax. We also took advantage of the spa facilities, which exceeded our expectations.

Spotlessly clean and modern room, comfy bed, peaceful surroundings, location offers a scenic view of the river both from the rooms and from the restaurant terrace, helpful and friendly staff

No vegetarian options on the evening menu, although the waiting staff were able to suggest vegetarian options after consultation with the kitchen staff and there are vegetarian options on the breakfast menu

Modern building and equipment. Dog friendly, our dog loved the snacks 😉 The hammam, sauna, pool are great, as the restaurant and attached team. We plan of coming back soon.

For an 5 stars hotel we could expect a team speaking english more fluently. Nevertheless, we succeed to manage everything, it could have just been smoother and frustration free. But after all, the staff did his best to correct the occured issue after misunderstanding.

Really nice hotel, beautiful views and facilities. The man on reception was amazing, asked why we didn’t tell them the dog was coming, and promptly called for someone to go make her a bed, set out some bowls along with some treats for her. Couldn’t have been made more welcome

This was our third time as we couldn't find any other place as nice as this one in the Benelux/France/Germany area. Friendly reception, helpful as well. The hotel is looking out on the Mosel river. Clean room with great views. Excellent breakfast. Dinner wasn't cheap but the cooks, the quality and taste of the food and the dining room staf were excellent, with dietary and allergy requirements taken into account, so the price was worth it. Sauna was great. The location is a little outside the city centre but with a car not a problem. Last time we were there during better weather and we cycled to the city centre using the bicycle paths.

Slight issue with duvets being swapped over between beds, nothing else at all.

Great spa with the best view from the sauna. Very comfortable beds, good size rooms, big variety with breakfast, friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel.

I prefer a 100% dark room without any walking lights at night. Still easy to put cushions in front of them though.
