Definite pluses of the Hotel are: 1. Its peculiar industrial design with the additional bed on upper floor 2. Swimming pool 3. Parking is almost free of charge 4. Very calm and restful location (at least during weekend) 5. Well equipped kitchen 6. Friendly staff (if you meet any problem, they will drown you in pardons and apologizes, but the problem will remain unsolved)

1. Very dirty windows. 2. Main lamp does not work (no light bulb, or short circuit). In evenings and cloudy days the room is really dark, so we had to use the TV as a light source to see the dinner on the table 3. Microwave looks clean, but smells very bad when you turn it on. Literally there is a smoke in the room. We turned it on for 3 minutes only once and didn't touch anymore.

The room was amazing, facilities were very useful. Our room had a dishwasher, and a washing machine/drier, which was very convenient as this was our last accommodation before heading back home. Location was very good, close to public transport and shops. Free gym access as well as sauna and swimming pool ( we didn't get to use this as we went in February and it is outdoors). The studio room was the perfect size for a couple to stay for a few days, having a kitchen was a big bonus as we could cook our own meals before heading out.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was spacious, with a correctly dimensioned bathroom with shower (with water as hot as you may wish, no jumps in pressure and temperature, and enough water flow). In the room also an iron with an ironing table was available, just in case. The bed was comfortable and wide. A dishwasher was available, with soap (2 tablets, renewed at cleaning day). Cleaning was not each day, but you actually do not need that. It was every 3 days and that was well enough. As advertised, a microwave oven and a set of dishes and cookware were available. A supermarket is no more than 300 m away. Location is not so near from the centre. But I already knew that, so no surprise (returning customer). The U-Bahn (together with the S-Banh) has done a nice job and therefore I could go back and forth in little time (only, you would have problems to do that distance on foot if necessary). Shared bikes were available in the vicinity, though the hotel is "meters" away from the inner area where you can drop them freely. Aircon was efficient and starts automatically when you enter the room. Of course, you can manage or deactivate it. Only, pay attention that the windows are well closed, otherwise aircon is disabled (for obvious reasons). WIFI was fast (250+ Mbit/s speed test) and reliable.

Room was exactly as is on photos. The city studio is such a perfect room for solo travellers and couples. The shower and water pressure was also amazing. The staff was all so amazing and helpful. It was my first time in Germany and on a solo trip, Lily at the desk was incredible. She was so friendly and gave me amazing recommendations. She even answered all of my silly questions as it was my first time staying in Germany and on my own. After check in I never went back to the reception as my room was perfect, I didn’t need anything extra and she had answered all my questions perfectly and made my stay so easy. The room and the whole building was also super clean. Recommending here to all my friends and I Will definitely be back.

Quirky layout studio with bed on the floor. very handy next to public transport. Great to have a pool, felt like a student accomodation kind of place, liked the vibe. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I would totall stay there again and our friend had a car and easy to park just outside (however their private parking cost which wasn't very clear). loved the outdoor space by the pool . great to have both trains , bus and tube so near by. Amazing to have shutter and curtains. Super quiet. Would stay there again , a bit out of centre but we knew that and so good to be able to have oun kitchen.

we booked for a week but only one cleaning option , i was told another one would cost. it was very confusing. Not quite enough loo rolls and tea bags so was a bit unsure where to refill. Nothing much around to buy food or drinks as we arrived late and the bar never seemed open .I loved the idea to have a pool, just wished it was open later and earlier especially for night time swim after a day of sightseeing. Bathroom lacks hooks to dry swimming stuff.

It's a great location, literally 2 mins walk to the subway which was super convenient and they had secure parking right around the corner too, which was great for the rental car. The staff are super friendly, speak excellent English and are very helpful. The rooms were clean and generally a great experience with a good sized kitchen area and everything you need including a kettle. I would use again.

The pillows could do with an upgrade as they are a bit tired, lumpy or hard. The bar area was out of order and we didn't do breakfast as it was too expensive at €24 per person but these were minor faults and I'd recommend staying here.

The location of WunderLocke is good. There is U3 station on Aidenbachstraße that is two minutes away. Marienplatz station takes about 12 minutes from there. Do not use S7 which is shown by Google Map. It takes more by walking and on train to Marienplatz. Lidl is 10 minutes away. There are other stores (e.g. Aldi) within 15 minutes walk distance. There is a small pool, gym and sauna. Staff are kind and friendly.

The table, chairs, and kitchen were small in Elevated Loft Family apertment. The ceiling in the second bedroom is very low.

The accommodation was fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, clean, fully-equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t realise we couldn’t drive into Munich without a green emissions sticker. More info about the parking and location would have helped. We worked out a park and ride to still be able to stay here. Also, the hours for children to swim excluded us from using the pool. We drove from Uk and chose a place with a pool but would not have been able to swim past 4pm with the children. This needs to be clearer.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was in perfect proximity to public transportation literally a block away.We had the Elevated Family Loft-- from the pics one of the beds looks smaller but it's not both beds are queen sized. The bed will accommodate 2 people perfectly one on each side, didn't have time to enjoy the amenities at the facility, the unit comes with a washer/dryer, small kitchen with cooking supplies, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. I will admit if you have 4 people it will be tight as the unit is like a studio apartment. There's not enough space for hanging out and relaxing all in one section. However, if you're on a budget, and your plan is to use the room for sleeping and venture off during the daytime, then it's a perfect remedy. There's a grocery store, 2 bakeries, and restaurants all within a short walking distance to the hotel.

Backdoor (Hofmannstraße stress) is very convenient for temporary parking to load/unload luggage or pick up/drop off people! And parking on the street is free from 6 PM to 9 AM, Monday to Friday (if you can find an empty spot). Alternatively, you can park at the nearby P+R parking on Boschetsrieder Stress which costs only 2 euros for 24 hours! It seems like there are always available spots! From there, you can also take the subway directly to Munich's Old Town. The Lidl supermarket on Hofmannstraße stress is also very convenient!

The room lighting is indeed too dim, but it's fine if you're not planning to read. But the staff's smiles make up for everything.
