Room had very high ceilings and had lots of space, didn't feel cramped like lots of other hotels. Both air conditioning and heating available. The little kitchenette had kettle, toaster and microwave so you could prepare simple meals. Very hot water in shower. Changed towels everyday. Supplied brand new iron on my request. Recommend this hotel, staff helpful and close to town.

No hanging facility for clothing, our wardrobe was damaged with no hanging rod and no coat hangers.

I was very surprised at the facility, as he looks tired on the outside. However I couldn't fault the room we stayed in. Has recently be refurbished. Was exceptionally clean.

The outside needs repainting etc. We approached the room from the back door, didn't know there were two entrances. As this is where you park your car and it was in need of a clean as there were lots of leaves, cobwebs etc. It looks like this entrance is very rarely used. Once inside the experience was great.

Good location. I liked that it was part of a bigger facility and office staff also ran the servo/convenience store—good variety of products.

Needed bigger rubbish bins including one in the bathroom would be nice. Had to request bin to be emptied several times as well as extra toilet paper and change of towels. When asked staff were very accomodating though and followed through as soon as they could.

Great location. Rooms have been mostly modernised, bathroom and kitchen both fully refurbished and bothe did exactly what you would expect. Bathroom was really spacious, kitchenette was smallish but was enough for me and my kai and inu

The queen bed a so hard it was sore to sit on let qloen lay on. Luckily the single was softer and comfortable. There were vehicles driving in at all hours of the night which woke me through the night

Located on the main road so relatively easy to locate. A small grocery store adjacent to the accommodation allowed for quick and easy purchase of essential items. Accommodation surprisingly quiet for being a main road, ample parking, good shower. Close to town and an excellent restaurant directly across the road.

The wifi connection was a bit hit and miss but that's all.

Great stay at the Furlong; the check in process was super simple, the room was well equipped and comfortable and nice and warm in the middle of winter.

the bed was a little (little) hard for my liking and I would have liked a couple more hangers and a dish brush (just being picky for a 4 days stay)

Our one-night stay was delightful. The room was spotless and cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed linens and bathroom were especially clean and neat. The Furlong Team was incredibly helpful and attentive. Both the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and hassle-free. For the price we paid, it exceeded expectations.

Air-conditioning great! Good location

Could not lock or unlock the back door with the room key. Reported the issue to on-site staff. Who reissued a key that locked/unlocked the front door. The bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs on both sides of the bed. The appearance of the Mattress worn unbalanced needs to be replaced asap.

The rooms were clean and tidy and perfect for our reason for staying, very appreciative for management allowing us to check in an hour early. Our rooms weren’t ready but moved us into two other rooms that were already cleaned Top class and excellent customer service to make that work for us that had travelled from Wellington.

After our first night we returned back to room at 10pm and we didn’t have clean towels for the 2nd day

Loved our stay place was beautifully clean staff was friendly and very supportive made us feel comfortable. Pet friendly was bonus..Definitely plan on staying again.
