Everything was good just the problem with the AC and the room was too Waram and also The Room was Not Properly cleaned 😭😭😭

Cleaning is the main part and the also have to update the carpet the room was not properly cleaned and also the AC was too waram and I thanks to Man who was Working on desk he give me the Fan 👍

Property is off the dual carriage way, the property is dated but cannot fault how clean it is, the bedsheets are nice and showers good for the price you are paying, I’ve stayed in worse Travelodge

Great staff…shout out Maisie (Reception), George (Chef), Dexter (Restaurant) and all the cleaners (including Sophia) could not have been more helpful, caring and courteous. Rooms cleaned really nicely. Cooked breakfast and also evening meals lovely. Rooms good size and clean/fresh Beds nice clean linen and towels Nice reception area On site parking Wifi (fast and free - speed checker 75 mbps) Amazing value for money (half price of premier inn and we actually preferred) Air con in room Bathroom clean, white and loads of hot water

Clean, spacious room. Cheap and cheerful and perfect for staying with my children for a weekend away. We had a family room and the sofa bed was all made up ready for when we got there. Beds were so comfortable - probably one of the best nights sleep I'd had in a while...

It's a bit out of the way... But only £8 in an Uber to the city centre (so not horrendous). Only three towels provided for 4 of us (but we made it work and I'm sure we could have requested more if needed). Other guests were really loud in the morning!

The location was weird through an industrial estate by the M606. But my kids and I soon got used to it, walking to the connecting buses to Bradford & Leeds We loved our room which wasn’t noisy at all! We loved the burgers for dinner (kids with allergies!) and the breakfasts. The staff were super kind and helpful and we’re grateful to them all! We’d love to come back! We could only afford it as we found THE BEST DEAL online for 2 nights so if you have any further deals, let s know please, thanks

We ran out of toilet paper as we all had terrible colds and staff didn’t replenish although they promised they they would.

Location was good for our needs, price was in our budget (just - thank you), staff were super helpful, welcoming & friendly. Room was clean and well kept.

Toilet was seperate which is not an issue in itself, but to have to touch door handles etc to access a wash hand basin in another room is not very hygenic, there was no toilet brush also so again, that prevents guests from ensuring cleanliness through the stay causing more work for your staff (our room and toilet we left clean and tidy). Bed was not the comfiest but fair enough for 2 night stay. Could only access a few channels on the TV, seems to be an ariel issue to view the channels we wanted as no signal - otherwise a good stay- these are just continuous improvement points for the hotel. A good stay though overall.

Actually surprised. So much better than I thought. Fantastic Price. Staff on reception were friendly and genuinely nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Check out up to 12 noon at no extra cost, is amazing. Usually your out by 10. 😢 Good location for Bradford or Leeds. Right at the side of the M606 motorway. Room had everything I needed. Definitely recommend. Don’t judge a book by its cover springs to mind.

I only had two concerns. First, was even though the carpet was clean it still had some very bad stains. Second, No mat in bath which made it very slippy when taking a shower. Be careful !

Proper full English, plus many add ons and proper coffee to fill your boots if you wish. I thought it a bit odd that the lawns had gone wild. Signs say they are looking after the bees. Seems like a cost effective way to minimise grounds maintenance, but it works. Lots of oak trees and large range of birds feasting on the insects that you don't often see outside a hotel.9 Decent bar and menus. Plenty of seating areas to meet. Much better than I was expecting at a bargain price. All staff were excellent.

Stairwell a bit whiffy of disinfectant but better that than nasty smells.

The price, location and the restaurant in the place.

The park is nice but you need to be there on the time for to the check in. I came there before and stay inside the car for a couple minutes when I received the call from my girlfriend for to take her in the centre of Leeds. I drove out to the park for to take her and when we back we did the check-in. For my surprise I received a couple days after, a penalty for these minutes that I stay inside the car before to do my check-in. I have to paid 60 pounds. More expensive than my night on the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful Family room very spacious

The first baby travel cot they gave is was broken, and dangerous. The mattress thing in the bottom had a panel missing. Another one with half a panel missing and another with the panel snapped in half and sharp. This should never have been given to us as was extremely dangerous. However, I told the memeber of staff he was mortified and changed it immediately and binned the other so it could never been used again. He came up with a new mattress thing and set it all up for us. He was very friendly and doting on our baby, he told us he had a baby himself who was 6 months old. You could tell he was a dad by the eat he dealt with the whole situation.
