The staff was very responsive and helpful. They knew we were coming in very late and had everything ready for us when we arrived, so it didn't take a lot of extra time. The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were big and the breakfast was very good.

They were very short-staffed on the restaurant staff for a Saturday morning.I felt bad for the waitress and the cook. They were so nice, but they seemed a bit stressed out.

Very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was extremely nice. Easy access to and from the hotel as it is right off the interstate and not in a crowded area. This was great as we were staying in Columbia but attending events in Jefferson City.

Nothing to complain about.

This hotel was perfectly comfortable. Unfortunately, they were suffering from the staffing shortage that everyone is right now. After a long day, we were looking forward to a cocktail, but the (extremely nice) lady at the bar was only allowed to serve beer and hard selzers. Also, there is a rather high charge for breakfast; it's not included.

Good for the price. I loved that there is a supercharger in the property.

Its quite outdated. The property needs renovation. You will notice that the property is old compared to other Holiday Inn Express, like the one in Goodland which is super modern and spacious.

Very comfortable beds, the food at the restaurant was outstanding. As was the waitress who also doubled as the cook!

No bath towels in the bathroom, had to go down to the desk and get some. not one glass or dish in the kitchen at at all. Good thing we didn't need any, or weren't staying for a week!

The hotel is very clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Excellent location right off the highway and 10 minutes from Mizzou.

I booked a king suite with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was not working properly. I let the staff know on Friday evening, and asked that it be repaired by Saturday. It didn't happen.. no one ever even knew I made a request for service. There was an upcharge for this room, and I was very upset to pay for the upcharge of something I intended but was not able to use. Management did credit me one night, but the point is I was wanting the jacuzzi for tired muscles and body after Parents weekend, and I didn't get it.

We were in Columbia for a wedding. It was just a few minutes away from the church and the reception. It had close parking and had two rooms perfect for our family.

No vents that turned on in the bathroom.

I was not informed that breakfast was a separate bill. The first room I was in the heat wasn't working. They later moved me to another room.

Staff was friendly, pool was clean, the restaurant food was great!

For the high price, they could have at least had some kind of small breakfast buffet but you had to pay for breakfast from the restaurant.

The staff (every one of them) we so nice. Every time someone walked into the lobby, they addressed you. I was able to speak to management in a casual conversation and they were so sweet. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the entire location. I will for a fact stay here again when we go visit our daughter at college.
