The location is amazing and the hotel itself is super clean, cute and very safe. The food was delicious, (a little on the expensive side), but it was a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly, and although I didn't use it, the kitchen upstairs was a great touch if I wanted to cook something for myself.

They didn't have a blow dryer which isn't great for someone with curly hair like me. I was still able to get a good nights rest, so the bed wasn't horrible, but it was more on the harder side. Also, the doors let in quite a bit of sound. The walls are okay, but the doors could be sturdier.

The location was perfect, in a nice area of the city and really easy to get around. The hotel itself was fantastic. There were two really good restaurants near the lobby along with an organic food grocery store, in the hotel. The decor was very nice, and the staff super super friendly. The breakfast was really good as well with some of the best coffee I've ever tasted. I definitely recommend and would stay again :)

I'm not sure what it's like in the other rooms but noticed it in another hotel while visiting El Salvador, was a step going into the bathroom which kinda blends into the floor. I bumped my toe a couple times but put some shoes in front of it so I wouldn't forget. No big deal at all but a piece of reflective tape might help if someone doesn't notice it or forgets

The staff was great. They close the big door at night and you felt really safe. We had to leave for the airport and the night security guard stayed in the street with us to just keep a eye out. We felt really safe in that part of town and everything was very clean. Restaurants and mall was in walking distance. They had filtered water available. The restaurant that was in the hotel was very good as well. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet to sleep at night.

We really like almost everything. It would have been really nice to have our own coffee pot.

It felt as though the property was a house that was converted into a guesthouse, which we thought was great as it gave the place a lot of charm. The restaurant downstairs served excellent juices and shakes, and the garden vibe was great. We arrived on an early morning flight and arrived at the property mid-morning. We were able to store our luggage at reception, which allowed us to walk around and grab breakfast and as soon as the room freed up, we were accommodated with an early check in. The property also help us with organizing reasonably priced transport from the airport and back to the airport upon departure.

The room was a bit stuffy and, if I am not mistaken, it was not possible to open the windows. The neighborhood was pleasant and safe and there are many restaurants nearby, many of which we enjoyed, but it is quite a ways away from the historic center of the city. It is an hour away on foot according to Google, and we would normally walk in order to explore the city, but the way looked rather challenging and potentially underwhelming, so we took an Uber instead.

The garden area is beautiful and there are many shops and restaurants close by as well as some in the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. We stayed at 3 hotels in El Salvador and this was our favorite.

It appears the front desk is not 24 hours. When we left for the airport at 2AM there was nobody at the desk and the lights were all off. I don’t know if it is in every room, but the hot water in our room took 4 minutes to come on. The person showing us our room informed us of it, but in case you are not told just be patient waiting for it.

OMG Is perfect. The room was large, with a fridge, iron, TV, big bathroom, quiet area, AC and great WIFI. The breakfast was MARVELOUS, fresh food served in paradise. Is a Garden with flowers, birds and even iguanas 😝. There is a small Japanese tea shop if you want. The breeze is so refreshing and relaxing. Shop for souvenirs and jewelry. A store with teas, drinks and snacks. They arrange tours and transfers. The area is super safe at ANY time.

I love the location. The hotel has a marvellous organic shop at the ground level in the front. Its a wonderful opporutnity to stock up on high quality fish, fruit, vegetables, dairy, coconut flour etc etc when in town on business. I enjoyed the included breakfast. The staff are always very kind and caring. I slept extremely well and I don't often achieve that in a hotel room because EMF causes severe leg cramps. The garden outside is amazingly beautiful and relaxing.

I just like the hotel. I don't need to say anything negative about it.

The property is situated in Zona Rosa - central for amenities including restaurants, supermarkets etc. An Uber to the centre of San Salvador only costs about 4$ at the time of writing. The hotel is boutique style, with a lovely open plan seating area and terraza for all to enjoy. The rooms kept very clean. The breakfast area is in a garden, tranquil and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was great to see the local famous pupusas on the breakfast menu (1 of 6 options which is great!) the only thing we felt is that with the pupusas you were told they needed to be requested the day in advance which removed it from being a viable option for many. If this information was provided at check in, then it would help people to be able to choose that option.

Love the dining area within the jungle. The facility is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and always available. There is a shop inside the hotel, their crocante are delicious. There are 2 restaurants within the property. Hotel is very quiet. Location is great and neighborhood is safe.

There is a second restaurant within the property, however it is only open Wednesday through Sunday and we didn’t know. Opening days and hours are not displayed. Otherwise we would have adapted our plans.

very good value for the spacious room. Just a 2block walk leads you to a few different food choices, a 24hr restaurant, 24hr pharmacy for electrolytes amd snacks, and a mall that's being renovated. the breakfast included was very good!

I had no hot water in the shower my entire stay. the only window is across the front desk l...i made a mistake of just looking out to see what's out there and found 2 people looking at me. it's awkward to have them know when I was in the room or not.
