The hotel is in a great location: Not too far from the airport (there's a shuttle that picks up and drops off guests during the day) and is a 20-minute bus ride to the heart of Fukuoka. The room I got was appropriately sized, was clean (I got an amenity package each day of my stay), and comfortable. The breakfast is said to showcase local flavors, although I did not partake.

I wish that the shuttle operated a little later in the evening—I had to take a cab from FUK because my flight arrived at 8:00 p.m. But this is only a minor inconvenience; as I said, it's not at all far.

Location of place was good as we needed to be near airport and they had shuttle bus. Not that near to Hakata Station but they had shuttle bus for that so it worked.

Was not happy with a particular staff, slightly older female staff at the reception, not friendly. Checked in early morning and didn't have my room yet, while waiting for the shuttle i asked for some hot water for my medication, she outrightly told me its not available when I can see the cafe just opposite and not fully closed. I subsequently asked another gentlemen staff who promptly helped me get from the cafe.

Close to airport. 1500 yen for taxi from airport to hotel. Seemed like a business hotel, I did not notice any tour groups. Easy walking/bus to LaLaPort shopping. Helpful staff. Google translate is your friend during AM hours. PM staff speaks a bit more English. Lucky for me! Clean, easy & I like the small bath towel amenity. Breakfast was helpful and inexpensive. No need to get nourishment for the upcoming day.

An onsen would be nice.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly! It's a 20 minutes walk from Hakata Station, the hotel also offers a shuttle bus service! The room was quiet and really modern! I had a gorgeous time and felt super comfortable, thank you!

Parking needs to be reserved before your arrival. Make sure your booking has the correct number of guests. The hotel charges according to the number of guests using the room. You might book a 2-bed room for 1 person at a lower price. But they will request you to pay extra if there are 2 people using the room.

Overall can recommend. Everything work smoothly and super polite staff. Room has heating and AC. Everything I expected from 3star hotel was there. Only downside was cleanliness which I felt lacking a bit. There was some person's long hairs on my bed which is easy to notice. But it was fine as othee things went better. Thanks for the staff and free airport ride.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in/out were quick and easy, with check-out being automated. Amenities provided were comprehensive and plentiful. Travelled from the hotel to Fukuoka airport directly the next morning - an easily walkable journey, even with a suitcase. Nearby convenience stores and restaurants.

The room was a little cramped but fixtures and furniture were of good quality and clean.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel with parking lots @¥700/night as mentioned in web. Also provide shelter bus service between airport to hotel services.

It is better if bathroom with bath tub

It's close to both the airport and Hakata station. Very walkable with small luggage. Konbinis and bus stops close enough for easy access to tourist spots.

Comfortable bed, quiet room and shuttle bus to airport. Location near Sanno park and I had a nice view over the park in the distance.

The room has only as shower, but that is not really a problem.
