We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion—my daughter’s anniversary—and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel exceptionally welcome. The level of service was outstanding, and we were especially delighted with the personalized service, which made us feel incredibly pampered throughout our stay. Our rooms offered a beautiful view, and every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Anaelle and the Front Office team, the Restaurant Managers, the security staff, and the Director. Although I don’t know everyone’s name, please know that your efforts did not go unnoticed—we appreciated each one of you. Thumbs up to the whole team—keep up the excellent work! We will definitely be returning.

If I had one suggestion, it would be for the kitchen to expand its menu selection to offer even more variety & a heated pool would be a plus. That said, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories.

The breakfast was average with the bare basic, nothing fancy, lthough cooked pancakes and omelette, etc on offer.Geat seaview to start the day and location is in a good part of the Island

Notice the bedding wasn't white clean with stains from previous visit/ guest, also around the hotel and random table around the activity room. More dynamic meals throughout stay and standard overall could greatly improve. Some staff wearing jeans, eating food in front of guest on duty and using personal phones. Found to be unprofessional.

This is a more authentic Mauritian style hotel , exactly what we were looking for rather than other hotels catering for all nationalities along with European type food . All staff we found to be very good but particular acclaim should go to Kunal , small chap who worked behind the bar and waiting tables ( really sorry didn’t catch your name but you will know who you are along with two chefs . Again don’t know their names but one lady( chilli sauce , buy it was hot ) and one man .

Nothing in itself . Dogs barking late at night / early morning but this occurs all over the island .

Sunset Reef Resort was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning sunset views and comfortable accommodations. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy excellent service

The view is awesome. The staff is very freindly especially Anabelle. We were there for an international conference. I recommend everyone to go for this.

Very friendly staff Good room Comfortable We were Vegetarian, they accommodated the request and were very friendly The manager Mr Pazal and another manager kept asking us if all was okay and do not hesitate to ask for any help. Overall, very very warm atmosphere ! There's a great view of the sea

The pool was clean, but the area around it wasn't that clean.

The staff was amazing!! Every person with a big smile on their face tried to help us with everything we may needed!!From a better room to new bulbs to even fixing my blouse, I am never going to forget all of their kindness!!The cocktails by the swimming pool watching the sunset and the live music during the weekend was something we really enjoyed. Thank you all very much for making our stay memorable:)

The beds were not comfortable unfortunately.

Excellent hospitality and for my first time holiday the staff really went out of their way to make it special and also guide me on the great spots and day visits for my holiday to get the most out of it.

No complaints for this trip and stay.

The pool and poolbar are nice, restaurant overlooking the ocean. Staff very helpful and committed to accomodate you in every way.. And there is excellent wifi in and around the premises! Complimentary clean tea/coffee table in the room was really nice! The location close to the best beaches in Mauritius is great, it’s within driving range to Grande Baie..

Rooms are a bit outdated and need some refurbishment here and there. Eg: our bath draining was stuffed and the refrigerator in the room of our kids did not work..
