When I looked at google streetview pictures I was a bit sceptical, but this hotel is just fenomenal. It is like an oasis when you are tired. I had a fantastic one night stay, in the morning the sun welcomes you with a fantastic view, and you feel like on a trail in a tropical garden (rooms outside the hotel). There is also a restaurant which serves quite good food, perfect for hungry travelers. The hotel has heating which is not always the typical. As per the room - it was clean and had a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very limited, but no stomach problems. Some rooms are located outside with a staircase, so not always suitable with people with disabilities. It might be colder than usuall tenerfie costal experience, but surprisingly it gets warm very fast.

This is a great location if you want to get up to the Teide national park. I went for dark skies and astronomy and the drive up to good observing spots only takes 15-20 minutes from here. There is lots of good hiking too. The hotel has great views and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and warm (important at this altitude in January). I ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very good. The breakfast is basic but fine. Overall a very positive experience and I'll be booking again in the future.

A nice cozy hotel at the mountainous region of south Tenerife. It is set in a nice, relaxed, calm place. Great to access the Teide national park. The beds were comfortable, the room spotlessly clean. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with. All in all recommended.

What could be improved a bit is the variety of the breakfast. It is a buffet one, but the selection is nearly the same every day. Some variety and a bit more options, like omlette, scrambled eggs, more veggies would be welcome. Also I would say that the price is a bit higher than it should be for what you get if you consider the location is outside of the main touristic places.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, beautiful property, beautiful view (mountain view room). Loved it here. Fantastic base for exploring El Teide at 30 min drive. Vilaflor is quiet but cute. Personel very friendly and good food in the restaurant. Would absolutely come back! Loved reading a book on the terrace with excellent view and service!

Everything was really good. Only thing that could be improved were the bedlinen. On the mattress they use a sheet with a waterproof layer in it. To me that felt like a layer of plastic under the sheet to sleep on, not too comfortable and sweaty on the skin. But easy to solve by sleeping on top of a blanket or extra towel. Other than that the beds were high quality and comfortable.

Nice, quiet location, very private. Restaurant based in the separate building than the mountain view rooms. Free, private parking. Very good food. You must try the canarian rabit dish! Super nice and helpfull staff. Nice small garden and plants at the entry of your spacious and clean room. Good mattress. Complimentary bottle of the water and cookies.

Nothing really. Swimming pool would be a nice touch.

The breakfast was exceptional! Location is great, the room was so nice and they even left free cookies and teas and coffee! The cat (Misu) on site was cute too. This hotel was good to stay in after a long day exploring Teide, the restaurants around the hotel had really good local food too. Ample parking space too!

We thought the bonfire worked! And they were in the middle of fixing the jacuzzi pools, but there weren't too much noise as we left already before that!

Very good place with wonderful views and gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to town. The room was super clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed and a lovely seating area outside. Breakfast was OK but recommend visiting the local duceria as well for other options and best coffee in town ;)

We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and unfortunately found it disappointing. Understandably the options were limited but the portions and quality of the different dishes varied enormously depending what you ordered. For instance, the meat was a very large portion while the fish was small, overcooked and too oily. Shame.

Spacious, clean rooms with some basic stuff (a kettle, tea/coffee etc); all new; very quiet although close to the road; nice lounge zone instead of pool, with a bonfire and lounge chairs, - great for some chill evenings with a tea or glass or wine!

Breakfast could’ve have more options; the hotel sits in a rural area so there’re lots of flies which were imposible to get rid of once they’re inside the room..:( also a mirror would be nice to have in a room (there’s only a small one in the bathroom).

The location is perfect, spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and a very large balcony. Breakfast was basic but very good. We had an evening meal one of the nights which was excellent, beer only 2 Euro (small bottle) Very relaxing A perfect location to for the hike PR -TF72 Hike

Superb location! Close to Teide National Park, lovely Vilaflor village and about half an hour to get to the beach. Exceptional staff and delicious dishes at the restaurant. The room was nice and clean, with a beautiful view. Plenty of space to park a car.
